Playable Sonic characters in Sega Superstar Tennis

If you're interested here's some gameplay videos of Sega Superstar Tennis. First and foremost, the game's roster isn't as Sonic heavy as you might expect. Obviously Sega is trying to get away from pushing Sonic so much and trying to focus on other past franchises still you can play as these guys"

Of course there's always the possibilty of unlockable characters as well though as you see in the videos it looks like Blaze, Big, Knuckles and the Chaos are officals and spectators. Really I would've liked Blaze to be playable instead of Amy. No one likes Amy ever since she turned into Sonic's stalker.

Im interested to see if they remake him or change his look from what it was in the past.

This is Alex Kidd who's mostly known for being a ripoff of Mario who played a lot of rock, paper sissors.

Also known for having huge ears and sideburns.

However, after his triology on the Master System, he did bring one of his games over to the Genesis and his look was revamped to make him look more human.

This Genesis title is available for download on the VC and soon the Master system games will be as well if they aren't already.

Same here. He was the best character in both Golden Axe and Golden Axe 2.

Ax was the barbarian, I remember now.

Sure did. The only time I even bothered using his magic was when I got surrounded or cornered.

I used it in the boss battles, since I knew I would get plenty more from the squirrel things.

Those squirrels should be in SST. They would make great tennis balls or ball boys.
