Sonic's very first TV commercial...

I'm back with another blast from the past. This time I have the very first commercial for the original Sonic the Hedgehog game or at least the first one that aired in the US. Sega had an ad campaign that featured this guy in drag who was a spoof of one of these "anti gaming" people we know so well. The first commercial had him/her complaining about the Genesis in general but this one was geared solely at Sonic. Pleased to enjoy:
