I'll wait to see more but even as someone who has defended Brady and done my best to poke holes in the initial report even I won't deny that if the report that Brady destroyed his phone in the days or weeks before his scheduled meeting his plausibility deniability takes a huge hit. I'd like to see it from a different angle but I just can't deny that destroying your phone while under investigation, even if it is the norm, looks pretty bad. I am curious to know why this information is just coming out now and do maintain that his story took on a life of its own not due to the facts in a vacuum but rather the surrounding circumstances, but honestly, if the NFL can prove the phone destroyed with Brady's knowledge, the suspension probably isn't going to get overturned.
