Just scored a pair of tickets to the New York Jets home opener against the Patriots. I just hope it isn't a repeat of last year when the Jets lost during the home opener against the Patriots. Anyways I was just wondering if anyone else is going to a game. Btw who's pumped for some football action tonight?!

I have tickets to the Falcons/Dolphins game on September 13th. I'll probably show up at Da Dome around 8:00am...eat some breakfast. Crack my first brew around 10. I'll keep chuggin and eatin until around 12:45 and make my way in and watch some football.

Tell you truth, half the fun is the tailgating.

I've gone to at 3 games---never again. With food and ticket prices so high, it's really not worth it esp. if your seats aren't that great. With HD and large size tvs I'm better off watching the games at home with friends and family. No traffic either is a plus. :)

Just paid for my Lions season tickets last week. I'll go to all of them except for the 1st preseason game.

I'd rather go to college games. Better atmosphere, more fun, less noise. Also I loathe most of my fellow Vikings fans and going to a game at that garbage heap stinks.

Having said that tickets come my way from time to time and I can't turn down a free game here or there.

Yea, I was a little surprised at how cheap it was for a pretty good seat. I'm going to be sitting in the 100's level near the endzone (not behind it.) I just hope the Jets win this time. Last time I went, LT ran in for 3 or 4 TD's. Jets made a big comeback but failed to win at the end but it was still mad fun.

I agree. I went to a Michigan State football game last year and the atmosphere was amazing. It was just so much fun watching the game at the stadium. When I went to a steelers game, I was surrounded by drunk idiots who were really annoying. Even though that was probably because I was sitting all the way at the top, it was still really annoying. I love the NFL, but if I don't get tickets at the bottom row, I'd rather watch it at home.

Every college football game I've ever gone to has plenty of drunk idiots. In fact I'm usually one of them. Is it really that different at Michigan State? Maybe so, I have only been to Camp Randall....

For the first time in a while, Seahawks tickets weren't sold out in the first five minutes. I will go to a game this year for sure. I have never been to a football game before though, so this is especially exciting.

I've looked on stubhub and i see USC tickets are insanely expensive, even for cheap seats so it's not even worth it. Plus i'm starting to get irritated by the BCS and not care.

I would imagine this would be my case as well, with only 17 games a year i don't want to know how expensive the crappy seats are even. We'll see when LA finally steals a team from somewhere.

I might go see the Steelers at Detroit on week 5. I heard the tickets were cheap :P

Sweet, now hook me up with some tickets to see the Dodgers @ PNC, i heard those were cheap too :P

Not I, but I've already gone to the Chicago Bears training camp in my hometown of Bourbonnais. Or should I say "Camp Cutler".That was the most crowded I've ever seen camp. Probably more than 10,000 on that first Sunday.

Usually go to 2 or 3 Charger games and I've gone to every playoff since 1994. Will be at the home opener against the Ravens and trying to decide what other games to go to.

Yeah I love going to college games i'll hopefully go to a few NC State games this year with my great uncle (he get's 4 good season tickets ever year, and I was able to go to 2 games last year). For a 57,000 seat stadium it's pretty loud, and crowded. I've been to 2 NFL games both at Texas Stadium, it's really is good but the college games are better. That being said i'd still fight you for an NFL ticket

Probably not going to a game. The Cowboys ticket prices are just insane now, so there's no point.

I live in L.A. and have to wait for the Cowboys to play in either SF, SD, or Oak. SD and Oak this year are @ DAL :( My one slim shot would be a 49er home playoff game against DAL

Most popular team. The downside with that is they are also the most hated. Look at the Yankees... Lakers... etc. It's how it is.

Yeah it doesn't bother me. I love it how people of teams who don't play the Cowboys annually still hate them. I for one don't even hate the redskins. I just don't really care for any team until my team plays them.

I can see other people not liking other teams, but hating other teams that aren't in your division. Some people are just stupid. I don't hate the redskins or giants either. I only hate the Eagles because I live near Philly, and I can't stand their ignorant fans. Although, there are a lot more Cowboys fans in Philly and NJ than you would think.

I got tickets for my dad's birthday for the Broncos/Browns game.
