Anyone see the last three minutes of this game? Boston College made a great comeback, 14 points in 3 minutes after being down 10-0 the whole game. Not the best win ever, but a win is a win. Probably overshadowed by the World Series, but I personally was switching back and forth. Glad I saw it.
Good, I wanted BC to win, not because I like them but because I have season tickets to Maryland and I'm praying that we be the team to knock em off. Hey I can dream, Can't I?.
The VT defense didnt really get worn down, they broke the offensive line on almost every play in the final drive. Matt Ryan just wanted it more, he had everything at stake and proved that everything this far hasnt been a fluke.
It was a terrible decision by the coach not to go for the 46 yards field goal but to punt it. It was down the hill from there the touchdown and then the onside kick recovery.
How is it possible that the defense from V.Tech couldn't get a sack after the Quarterback was scramble and unprotected. It was a terrible game for V.Tech.
Just another episode where the game is not final until the fat lady sings.:)
