I know Canseco was right on a lot of things before, but he's still a total scumbag who would pull a stunt like this to get more money.

I don't think this is true. If you look at Arods numbers they have always been consistant. At no point was there a huge spike in home runs like there was in Barry Bonds and other steroid users. If you look at his rookie picture he does look slimmer but he was only 19 so its possible he didn't fully finish puberty yet. Besides Arod hit 54 home runs last year and past all of the drug tests the mlb gave him.
