I see it like this: the Celtics are just like the Spurs, not as good like in year past, but you don't want the team who has to take them out.

I'm gonna say Cavs in seven. I think it's going to be a slugfest; these two teams usually play each other very competitively and have trouble winning on the other's home floor, and I think the Celtics are going to test LeBron's injury physically if you get my drift. Should be an entertaining series.

I like the Celtics. I think they are playing the best basketball that they have all year long. This series against Miami reminded me very much of '07 when everyone was healthy. They did things as a team I haven't seen in a long time. Plus the Celtics and Cavs split the season series. Each team won one at home and away. It will be a good series nonetheless.

i got the cetics

true they played not so great in the regular season...but it's all about getting to the playoffs and then turning it on, which they have done so far

if big baby keeps stepping it up like he has and rondo being rondo and getting ray ray and KG some open looks, this could very well be celtics in 6 or 7

When these two played last time (with KG still playing, and the big three a bit younger), it went 7 games. The Cavs is obviously a stronger team, Celtics are much older and really hasn't changed much from that team, and LeBron, Mo, and the rest are more experienced. So I'm going to say Cavs will win this one at 6 or 7. Also, because they have Jamison, Shaq and Hickson will cause trouble for Big Baby, Perkins, KG, or Wallace, although Wallace might cause some trouble for Shaq because he likes to hang outside the perimeter, whereas just put Verajao or Hickson on him and it should be solved. But no one can guard LeBron. Jamison will cause the most trouble I think. Although Cavs will win this, I think the team that can and will beat them is the Magic. I just think the Magic is still the stronger team.

Im game either way, but I just want the Celtics to win more so they can advance to the finals. I want revenge! I mean healthy basketball competition. :snears:

edit:I suppose shaq vs kobe matchup wouldnt be bad either.

This is the most important series for me. Aside from wanting the Cavs to win the championship I despise the Celtics.

This could be a long series but Im gonna say, at least I hope since they have a younger and better team, the Cavs win in 6.

People saying the Celtics played great against the Heat thinking theyre "back" is kinda ridiculous. I mean the Heat suck. The only good player on that team is D Wade (I hope he leaves them). This series is the one that will really show what the Celtics are made of.

Cavs in 7.

However, I admit that I underestimated Boston against Miami so they could pull off the win and I won't be surprised.

This will be such a great series :)

I see Cleveland in 6 or 7 but I'm rooting for Boston!

Cleveland could sweep them but hell the series would still probably be close.

Cavs in 6. Boston will play them very physically and the Cavs will limp into the ECF against a fresh Orlando team.

Well I'm at least hoping seeing how in the MIA series we did pretty well with the exception of that game Wade exploded for 46. I look at this BOS team different from the one we saw in the regular season, who blew 4th Quarter leads for fun and lost to teams like the Nets.

I agree, to see them give away an 11 point lead is very concerning. I mean the way they played for first half of the game was outstanding, but to see them just let the lead dwindle like they did, was very disheartening. They need to atleast take one from the Cavs on the road.

Celtics disintegrating in the 2nd half has been the same broken record all season. Too old to play 48 minutes. Notice how the Big three virtually vanished in the 4th. Rondo then got smothered and boom goes the dynamite.

I don't know why Rondo let up. He was slicing through them in the first half, why stop? It has been the same story for them all year. Play like the best team in basketball the first half and then look like just another team in the second. They can't go down 2-0 if they want a chance.

Rondo was shut down in the 2nd half, Jamario Moon was a much better option in defending rondo then mo williams was. It showed, Rondo had trouble getting open looks the rest of the game.

Boston is up huge right now in the 3rd. If they blow this lead in the 4th than I'll officially say that the Cavs will win this series. But if Boston can hold this lead up and win, then they have a chance.

The Celtics dominated the third quarter and Boston really played great defense most of the game. Now the series in getting interesting.

I'm loving it :) Celtics played great on the road.

Celtics allowed the Cavs to come back in Game 1, Boston should be up 2-0, they been outplaying the Cavs thus far, might I add on the road.

I won't be surprised if the Celtics take the next 3. Cleveland is on and off shooting and man they suck at free throws. Boston needs to keep controlling that 3rd quarter and finishing and this series will be done in no time.

That was some ridiculous travel, like is the NBA proud of letting a call like that be so obvious and be a non call? Ugh Man if that infamous crab dribble wasnt enough now he gonna do that stupid collect dribble to hop to shot.
