I don't like where it's going. It seems that every time Gibbs retires, there's a 7-year slump with some not-quite-good-enough-for-the-wild-card final standings. A Colts assistant cannot walk into DC bringing a playbook designed for Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison. The two starting offenses look as good as the other on paper, but their playing is different somewhat.
If anything, I hope Williams stays the Def.Coordinator. Keep a guy where you know he'll do well.
Oh yeah, Jim Mora's being interviewed as well.
