How r they going to play basketball?baseballboy6411

This is my question as well.

I think it'd be easier and much more practical to have the game in an actual arena.

And for those who want one... Link

They should think about it first then make the decision not play on a football field.

Well I guess their main motivation is selling more tickets because they chose a big city, and a huge stadium.

But I imagine it's going to be a pain for the NBA to bring in some hardwood, and dress up the stadium.

That'll be pretty epic  Though i don't see the point of selling about half of the seats in the upper part of the stadium :? I've seen pics of basketball games at the Astrodome and other such places, it's pretty comical.

Im sure it'll be epic. That stadium is very versatile and they don't have to use ALL the seats. The rookie challenge, slam dunk, and 3-point shootout will be in AA Arena and only the game will be at the new stadium. 2010 Super Bowl and 2011 NBA All-Star Game all at the new stadium in Dallas. Looks like Jerry Jones will be able to make his money back real fast.

When is the NBA All-Star game coming to Toronto, the Raptors have become one of the most popular teams in the city and whenever there is a big event like this it's always a big deal for the entire city. When we hosted the NHL All-Star gamein 2000 we had a good turnout and I went to the All-Star game and it had a great atmosphere and great event surronding it and I think an NBA All-Star game could be just as exciting for the city. We are one of Five teams who have never had it and I would say we are a bigger market team/city than Oklahoma City, Portland, Sacremento and Memphis.
