Magic and Cavs should be intersting. Should also be more even since the Magic last season dominated that series and could have sweapt the Cavs if not for that game winning shot by Lebron.

In the west, I'd say the Nuggets and Lakers and the Mavs and Suns or Spurs.

I can tell you one I don't want to see! Jazz vs Lakers! The Jazz play well against everyone but the Lakers always seem to have their number. I wouldn't mind avoiding them this year.

Unless we get a repeat of Celtcs Bulls. I won't really watch the other games. Oh who am I kidding I'll be watching every game possible. Just the ones featuring the lakers have priority.

JR Smith is cocky sometimes, I'll admit but Carmelo Anthony has been acting cocky this season too. Something I didnt feel from him last year.

Also whats with Chauncey Billups? Anyone else catch his comments last time they played the Lakers? He considers himself the Best Overall Player in the League? Really? So you think youd win in a one-on-one against Kobe, Lebron or Wade?

I liked Billups up until that statement. What do the Nuggets even have to be cocky about? They have never even won a Championship (I know Billups won one withthe Pistons).

I believe that was the game where he drained 8 three pointers. I would be as cocky too if I did that against the Lakers.

Its one thing to be cocky over making great shots...but to go as far as saying he's the Best Overall player? .....sorry but no.

Oh, I agree with you. In no way hes even considered a great player. A very good player, yes, but a great player, no.

...He's a great player. I don't even remember him saying this, but whatever. Even if he did, it was after a big win in LA where he was pretty much the reason they put them away. I can see where he'd get emotional and say such things. So many players think they are the best and have probabaly said it as well, who cares?

He didnt say it during the actual game. He said it in one of those clip interviews they show coming back from a commercial.

Also I was NOT saying that he's not a great player. I said I liked him before that comment. Plus he won a championship, I know hes a great player.

Im saying, saying that your the Best Overall player in the whole league is pretty bold statment. Think about. The Best player in the league? If Kobe or Lebron had said that these boards would have gone up in smoke.

Even Michael Jordan won't say (even if he thinks it) thats he's the best player ever. Saying something like that just makes you seem cocky. Oh and it wasnt the game where they beat the Lakers. It was when the Lakers won and Carmelo fouled out.

The comment I find funny about JR is the whole "Kobe is great but not when he plays me". That's honestly hilarious to me after the way Kobe torched him in the first round two years ago and the three he hit in his eye last year in Game 3. Like I said, a little cockiness doesn't bother me(Hell, I'm a Kobe fan) but seeing him dance around last year in the conference finals really pissed me off and I've always wanted to see him get owned from that point on.

Mavs vs Nuggets and Lakers vs Thunder. Also Magic vs Cavs so they can send Lebron home crying like a baby again! Man last year was SWEET! Magic do it again and they will be the 2nd favorite team!

J.R Smith is a waste, I don't see how anyone can take him seriously. When he's on though, he's on, but it comes with the stupid mistakes he makes nearly every game.

I just want to see bron bron, maybe hit a few buzzer beaters and stand on top of the scorers table with his arms to the sky while we are all witnesses. Maybe puts a whooping on melo and the Nuggets in the finals and finally gets ring, then we can call him the GOAT. Heck maybe they can clone bron bron and have bron bron vs. bron bron in the Finals, great way to get the NBA back on top.

Most deffinatly. Althought I think that the Cavs will go all the way and beat the Lakers in the Finials. I Just want people to respect LeBron. People are like "Oh leBron sucks, Can't even win a ring." Kobe didn't even win unitll his 4th year, in 2000. And he had Shaq! the real Shaq

No matter what people say Shaq was no doubt the number 1 during the three-peat. If LeBron had prime Shaq he would of done the same.

And Robertson had Kareem, Michael had Scottie, Wilt had Jerry, and Magic had Kareem & James Worthy. Honestly, it's really, really hilarious that people bring up Shaq to discredit Kobe's success when they don't do that for any other Hall of Famer that played in the NBA.

Yea but for some reason these forums seem to constantly trash Leborn calling him"Lebrick" and such (I mean seriouslyLeborn is an allstar, just accept it) and absolutely loving Kobe.

Your point about the other guys is well taken, but then is the point that Leborn ison the same level as those greats, but has not had the supporting cast to win a ring not a valid point?

Way better? Come on man. You're discrediting one of the greatest defensive players of all time in Pippen. MJ didn't win jack till he had Pippen. Just like Shaq didn't win jack till he had Kobe. Shaq would have zero championships in LA without Kobe's contributions. People forget that Kobe was first team All NBA and All NBA Defense in the three peat years.

I understand Kobe was good then but Shaq was dominant. I wouldn't even try to discredit Kobe's rings if everyone didn't hold it against LeBron that he doesn't have any. I bet if you put Laker Shaq on with LeBron they would win champs easy.

Denver vs Lakers in the western conference finals Cavs vs Orlando in the eastern conference finals Denver vs Cavs in the Finals Lebron v Melo honestly would be the most exciting finals. The speed of both of those teams, plus the explosiveness of Melo and Lebron. Lebron v Kobe is just getting old in my opinion.

I want to see the Cavs play the Magic again and win this time. Hopefully Shaq could prove one major reason he was brought to Cleveland.

My Phoenix Suns vs Denver Nuggets. I'd love this match up in the playoffs, the Suns match up really well against the Nugs. Also, our bench owns their starters every time we play.

He can still play. Especially when he feels he has something to prove.

I think Chauncey might just be the best team leader in the league. If not, he's right up there with LeBron. He really is a coach that's on the court.

Pippen was nothing without Jordan. MJ is the best player we will ever see. I'd like to see Greg Oden come back just before the playoffs and The Portland Trailblazers make the greatest comebacks in NBA history to win it all against Lebron's Cavs.

That would be a great one although I think the Cavs could win without to much trouble. I know the Bobcats have swept them but I don't think they could on a Playoff court. Would be a good series though.

Many people also thought that when the Mavericks were matched up with the Golden State Warriors and look who won that. But yes, whoever wins or loses, it would be a great series.
