Oh, and if you're going to troll, at least try to be grammatically correct.
Fun fact: No SB winner ranked 25th or lower in defenseDroidPhysX
The 2000 Patriots were almost that bad iirc.

The 2001 Pats were pretty much carried by their defense I thought
Oops 2001, my bad. Their defense was opportunistic. They gave up a crap load of yards, but kept the points allowed under control. Mostly that Pats team played mistake free, were injury free, and their secondary was allowed to mug the **** out of receivers. Hence the next season a reinforcement of old rules, nicknamed the "Patriot Act."

Time for Pats fans to become insufferable again. Typical Boston.-Halftime-Aw, thank you for the kind comments.
[QUOTE="bloomberg23"][QUOTE="Put_in_Kitna"]No wagon here my friend. Been a pats fan since 2003 Wagon. I'm liable to agree but maybe he was only 6 years old and just getting into football in 2003. Who knows. Boston doesn't exactly have the most loyal fans though. Like I said, who knows. Here they come.

I am so rooting for Giants to shut these Patriots up. Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently regular season is all that matters cause Patriots just got four bye weeks and a free trip to the Super Bowl. All the Patriot fans better be showing up in their Evans and especially Cundiff jerseys.

Really? Four bye weeks in one season? Each team usually gets one bye week per season.
I was drunk that day. Plus I hate the saintsOh yeah, I remember you. So did you quit video games forever like you said you would?

Coming from a guy with a Lakers avatar and sig? Not saying you're a bandwagoner, I just find it funny that a Laker fan would say that about another city.
The hate for the Pats is quite amusing I must say.Swanogt19
It's more hate for Pats fans, rather than the Pats themselves. Boston-area teams seem to draw a greater percentage of that insufferable, easy-to-hate, obnoxious type of fan compared to other teams.

Pats fans are acting like they won it all already.
Hmm, this reminds me of a different but similar time.

Maybe. Hopefully I don't come across as that.Nah, you and most other Pats fans I've seen on here like SaintLeonidas aren't obnoxious about it.
That guy Just_Osmo who was banned a few years ago was though. Boston fans I've met in real life are pretty annoying too.
What bs. If anything Giant fans are acting like they got it already.Pats fans are acting like they won it all already.

No that rule did not come into play until after 2004 when the Pats beat the Colts once again in the playoffs. Bill Pollian got mad and complained about it, then stricter rules were put in play. There defense was pretty good in 2001 it was ranked 6th in the league along with their offense.[QUOTE="Swanogt19"][QUOTE="Oleg_Huzwog"]

This is different form every other city and sport? How? Every fan base has their share, Philly fans are probably the worst out of everyone when it comes to being obnoxious. The bottom line is people are jealous. End of story. The Pats have been successful for a very a long time and before they one, they were a laughing stock. Boston fans didn't have much to cheer for with their teams, considering before the Pats it was about 15 yeard prior that any Boston sports team won anything. Every team that is good for a long stretch is always hated, ie. the Yankees, the Cowboys[QUOTE="QuistisTrepe_"][QUOTE="JML897"]

That team surrendered over 5.000 yards on defense, but kept the points allowed in check (6th). Otherwise, you're correct on the other thing. It was after the 2004 AFC championship, thanks for the refresher.

Ya thats where I got my stats from, except I was looking at the points not the yards. Even so being 24th is bad, no doubt, but what they did this year was historic. How does this stupid thread get three pages of posts, and my topic about TO playing minor league indoor football get's thirteen posts?
The fact that every major sport team has won a championship in the last decade makes it very common for bandwagon fans. I know when the Bruins won the cup I saw all these fb statuses about it. Until then I saw nothing and I didn't even know they watched hockey. So yes there is plenty of New England bandwagon fans. But this is the internet so everyone's creditably (on a forum site) should be questioned. Swanogt19Yeah, NE has a lot of bandwagoners. Bruins won the cup and all of a sudden people are interested in the Bruins.

LMAO!
I just read threw these pages and it's just talking about if certain fans are bandwagon or not....
I guess people don't care about TO anymore, or don't even bother to laugh where he is at, at the moment.
