The Angels Now Have the best record in baseball!,They Have A Solid Picting Rotation And Bullpen!

The Hitting lineup Is Awesome,Almost everyone is batting over .300,Figgins Last night Went 6 for 6,and hes getting his average up,if the angels keep playing well, they might win it all!

yea they're playing good but it's june. it's just way too early to talk about who's gonna win it all. A month ago boston was beating the hell out of everybody and looked unbeatable. then they hit a little skid and looked beatable. Now the yanks look great. Since there are so many games in a baseball season you will have numerous hot and cold streaks. I don't like picking anybody until at least september. The season is SO LONG and too many things can happen. But in that weak division the angels definitely should be up near the top all year. But you might want to watch out for Oakland. Anybody who knows baseball knows that for whatever reason the A's season doesn't start til after the all star break when they ALWAYS have one of the best records in the league. but it's too early

Don't underestimate the A's. They're not too far behind in the standings, and everyone knows they're a second half season team.

Well unlike the Yankees, the A's actually have a pitching staff they can rely upon.;)

People called them a joke when the season started, I said they would run away with the division.

Yeah, but their lineup is about as bad as their bay rivals, the San Franciso Giants. They have one of the best piching staffs, but the Angels is just as good, if not better.

lol I wish, but there is no way in hell the batting lineup for the A's is as bad as the Giants. The A's actually are able to put up numbers consistently, and can actually get into some hitting contests this year. As for the pitching, the A's have the lowest ERA in MLB, so no, their pitching staff is better than the Angels.

I went to the game where Figgins went 6 for 6. Man, that was the best game I've been to, plus they had a t-shirt giveaway :)

Angels are winning it all this year, write it down.

The Angels pitching staff is not that far off from the A's as far talent goes and I'd definitely take their bullpen before I would the A's...

So what you're saying is that you wouldn't take the reigning AL West Championship pitching staff which has a a combined ERA of 3.39 (including Haren who has the league's lowest ERA of 1.78 ) in comparison to a bullpen with an ERA of 3.90? :? The Angels are good, but I will always chose the A's when it comes to pitching.

You can't go wrong with a rotation thatconsists ofLackey, Colon (healthy), Santana, Weaver and Escobar. And then you have the BEST setup man in baseball followed with one of the best closers in K-rod...
