Both teams are rolling into the biggest game of the year. Only 1 week away from Super Bowl 41.5. Who ya got?

The Patriots are going to win. Aside from a personal bias, I'm not sure how anybody can bet the other way right now. The Patriots defense is as good as it has ever been, and in the past they have beaten the Colts on that fact alone. Now though, their offense is as good as if not better than the Colts.
Of course, anything can happen, but to bet against the Patriots is, in my opinion, a bad bet.

This is true. The way the Pats are playing, smart money is on them. The Colts CAN beat the Pats. It would help by taking the air out of the ball and keeping Brady/Moss/Stallworth/Welker/Maroney/etc off the field.
Indy CAN do it, but I don't think they will in the next game. The Pats just score too often. Pats 35-Indy 20
[QUOTE="Ngamer05"]Indy wins 52-7 :Dmurlow12Not possible. Dungy doesn't run up the score once it's out of reach like some other coaches...
Didn't Peyton get 6 TD's in one game running up the score in 2004?
..oh I forgot sorry he got the 49 TD's fairly and never ran up the scores in halftime when the game was obviously wrapped up.
If anyone can beat the Pats it is the Colts particularly at home. I'll go with the upset but only because the Colts are at home.duxupIt's rare that a defending champ is considered the underdog at home, particularly when they start the following season 7-0. Should be fun.

You're asking a question. Please provide the ACTUAL FACTS if you're going to make accusations.[QUOTE="Ngamer05"]Indy wins 52-7 :Dmurlow12Not possible. Dungy doesn't run up the score once it's out of reach like some other coaches...
this is the NFL not pop warner, buddy.

I know the Patriots are favored to win, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Colts beat them badly. Their defense has improved and is probably the fastest defense there is in the NFL.
I'll LMAO if the final score is like 17-14 Colts
redskins one of the best defenses? LOL
rjs5ng
Yes, before they got smashed by the Pats for over 450 yards and 50 points, they were top 5 in almost every major defensive categories, and they also have one of the best safty tandems and the most depth at CB with Carlos Rogers, Fred Smoot, and Shawn Springs.
Another thing that bugs me these days: Jerome Bettis. I keep wondering why this guy is on NBC. Couldn't they find a better football analyst. Last night, he listed one of the major reasons Patriots were going to lose was because Patriots can't run. Yeah...that's why Patriots are ONLY have 135 rushing yards per game and all three backs have 4.5 or better YPG...
The bottom line is, these two teams are going to score and they can do it both on air and ground. The two factors that's going to determine the outcome is defense and turnovers. Who ever plays the better D and who ever causes more turnovers are going to win this game.
Dude, they hate it because Pats and Red Sox are creating a dynasty that just outdoes their opponents in their respective sports.dkhwPeople hate the Patriots b/c they're easy to hate. They're cheaters, bad sports, and their coach has no class. As for the Sox, people don't really hate them. It's just that they won a few years ago so we wanted a new champ.
Cheaters? Bad Sports? Coach has no class? Are you still angry about that video camera thing at the beginning of the season?
Tom Brady is the biggest source of the teams success, and he's like the 10th member of the Brady Bunch family. They are good, people look for reason to hate on them. That is the only reason.
I hate the Red Sox, because their fans are the biggest group of bandwagoners I have ever seen. Their die-hard fans are also some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met. Grow up in Connecticut I had to listen to it, going to school in Upstate New York I had to listen to it. They don't so much as root for the Red Sox to win as root for the Yankees to lose. Up until a couple years ago when the Red Sox finally won they were some of the most bitter sports fans I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
They accuse the Yankees of buying championships, but if the Yankees have shown anything over the years, it's that paying more for star players hasn't ever really helped them win championships. In my opinion, the Red Sox might actually be the first major league baseball team to ever buy a World Series championship.

People hated Patriots plenty before even the cheating crap. They hated the Patriots because they won damn so much. People even compared it to the Yankees, which is ludicrous because of the team cap. Patriots won against all odds past super bowls and there were tons who hated them. There is more hate because of that spygate crap and couple games where Patriots ran up the score.

People hated Patriots long before that b/c they won so much. But there is more of them now b/c of the spygate thing. And that's obvious. If you're going to cheat, many people will look at you differently.
Me personally, I hate them b/c they're the Colts rivals. The spygate was fun for me though. Super ownage delivered to the Patriots.
Yup, i actually cheered for the Sox since 2003 in October, but now it looks like they're the new bandwagon team in every city they visit. The fans are becoming annoying kind of like Yankee fans :?X360PS3AMD05Wait, you started cheering for the Sox in October, 2003, but you don't like "the new" bandwagon fans? So "old" bandwagon fans like you deserve more respect? Wow...

So did you mean to say that you rooted for the Sox in 2003? You said you rooted for them since 2003, which would imply that you still root for them. In that case you're a bandwagon fan.

[QUOTE="rockon1215"]Shootout.
Colts win by a last second 40+ yard field goal by Adam Vinatieri.

That would own on so many levels.
Even I as a Pats fan must admit that would "own on so many levels."
