The teams I hated the most are Quebec,Winnipeg,Ottawa. Those citys should not have had teams from the beginning. As of todays league,I don't hate any team.Go Flames Go.

And why shouldn't those teams have had, or currently have teams? And as a Flames fan, you have no ill will to Edmonton? Vancouver?
[QUOTE="pookie2232"]Yet places like Florida should? Los Angeles? The teams I hated the most are Quebec,Winnipeg,Ottawa. Those citys should not have had teams from the beginning. As of todays league,I don't hate any team.Go Flames Go.

Exactly, Gameer1 has no basis for that kind of post

GO FLYERS!!!!
It was a bit over 10 years of the Sens life in the NHL,and they were already talking about moving the team to God knows where. Why,because of some problem with getting easier access to there new arena. And that almost broke the teams budget for years after. If ownership or management did not forsee this problem sometime in there future......ummm...umm...duh...Small market team with small market brains. Also just to mention, does not mean small market team like Calgary,Edmonton,Tampa Bay,etc....should not belong in the NHL,but the Senators is a team that I think does not belong. Also in the Sens first year in the NHL,Ottawa coach came forward and said he was made to lose game on purpose for the team would have first round pick. The Senators have been a headcase since they were in the league.Ottawa Senators have been a soap opera since early 1990's.
I would say the Toronto Maple Leafs. Even though im from Toronto, and im not a hockey fan, they suck!

so because of past ownership problems, you don't want the Sens in the league? what about now? Eugene Melnyk has been a great owner. no money troubles. and lots of teams have trouble with arena locations. The city of Ottawa was developed before a franchise was bought in, they can'tjust suddenly remove buildings and build an arena downtown.
That little soap opera comment can apply to ANY CANADIAN TEAM. Vancouver was a goalie graveyard before luongo and still has the bertuzzi incident. Edmonton can't get attract high ranked players, calgary had such bad cap management last year that they couldn't bring up a player to fill in for the injured. Montreal was suppose to have a great centennial season but ended up stumbling over and over again. and Toronto has been a circus since the lock out ended. Sundin, missing the playoffs, half the fans wanted them to tank a season to get a high draft pick, and then signing Brian Burke and the media coverage of his every step.
