I was thinking where will vick end up if he gets temporary reinstatement. I think if an nfl team is gonna sign him its would either by the vikings if they cant get favre. The only other fit I see is seattle. Jim Mora Jr. is there and matt hassleback hasnt been good in a long time. These are the only 2 true fits for vick in the nfl imo.

He wouldn't go to the Vikings even if they don't get Favre. Hasselbeck will be closer to his normal self this season than the injured man with no receivers he has been for a while. He's not going to be a starting quarterback but some team might give him a chance to be a back-up. If that doesn't happen, he'll have to look to the UFL. If nobody wants him now and he refuses the UFL then I don't see any NFL team willing to give it a go once he's another year older.

As a Vikings fan I'd rather go with Jackson or Sage. Vick wasn't that good of a QB anyway. Vick seems set on going to the NFL but I don't know who really wants him, if anyone. UFL would be a good place.

You're a Vikings fan too, awesome. But in my opinion Vick was a good QB in my opinion and with the talent he had he still went to playoffs a lot. He almost won MVP one year too.

Culpepper looked good at times too, but he was just a product of his ability to run and the talent on the field. Left to his own devices he was a bad QB.

Culpepper was a bit O.C. at times but we still had one of the best offenses back when we had him. I'll never forget that year when he threw for over 4,000 yards.

It won't be very lethal this season. Teams followed Miami, and I know they aren't the first team to run the offense, and found success mainly because defenses could not plan plan for something they haven't seen in ages. Effectiveness of wildcat lessened throughout the season. And Ronnie Brown is probably a better quarterback than Michael Vick anyway. :P

Good point but they will stll probably use it because they just drafted Pat White who will be a major factor when they use that offensive scheme.

It depends what NFL team wants a stupid QB that can't play the position well and comes with a truckload of bad PR

He'd have to go to a strong team like the Patriots but on a strong team like the Patriots what is he going to do?

"Oh hi Tom Brady, can I tie your shoes for you before practice?" lol

He'll be suspended 4 or more games so you're only getting him for max, 75% of this season.

He'll find a team, it'll just be interesting where he lands

True, but Pat White might be able to learn the receiver position. They did spend the 44th overall pick on him so they have to have some plans other than a situational wildcat QB.

The Patriots could find a use for me... They could take in a troubled player and make something of him like Brandon Meriweather. They took in Randy Moss too. They could do something with Vick. It's just a matter of if they want to do so. They probably don't.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. But to me I can only see him playing QB even though he may have to play WR.

I'm not saying it's a perfect fit for success, I mean it's a perfect fit image-wise. Plus the Raiders are so hopeless that it would be more of a PR stunt.

Davis most likely wants to haha. I don't see that happening though with Russell and Garcia already. I would like that though, if he could take that team places he would at least earn some respect back.

He'll probably have to run like a 4.50 to get Davis interested lol.

Even though Jerry Jones is saying that he's not interested, I have a feeling that he'll end up in Dallas. Not saying he'll replace Romo (even though I think Romo is no better than a backup), Jerry will sign him for the minimum in 2010.

No chance. They traded...I repeat traded for a backup QB. No room for him. Dallas hardly goes with 3 QB's anyways.

I think he will be in the NFL again. I really hope he gets another shot at playing. Rumor is Goodell may suspend him for only four games and allow him to play this season. If true then I think even he thinks Vick has changed and is really sorry for what he did. I hate how people say the man should be banned forever. He served his time and paid alot for being stupid. If he has really learned his lesson, which I think he may have he should be allowed to play again. He can be a good fit with the Dolphins even though theyhave Pat White.

Yes I saw that waste go out there and punt balls with his arm. That's my point im saying they already made a commitment to a backup QB this year, they don't need Vick and they wont go after him. Plus JJ just cut Owens, Adam Jones, and Tank Johnson. He knows chemistry means something, he learned from last year.

I wish the Texans would get him. He would help improve their running game. Houston has a good TE in Owen Daniels that can be like his Alge Crumpler from his Atlanta days and one of the best WR in Andre Johnson that he could throw the ball deep to. I'm sure he still has a cannon. IMO anyone is better than Schaub who can't stay on the field. He should come to Houston and put Schaub back in his place backing Vick up. Of course this won't happen though.

No, in every single poll the nation is against him

There is a huge backlash against him. When Mike Singletary said he would have Vick on his team the franchise was inundated with phone calls and emails upset about it and people willing to give up their tickets.

It would help if Vick was even a little bit eloquent and could speak about how he feels now but he's stupid. Obviously he didn't spend much time in the prison library because I've seen zoo animals able to convey a greater range of emotions through grunts and growls then Vick is able to do at a press conference. A team is going to have to sign him and then stick him in front of a podium for questions and just pray to God he's at least not chewing gum when he does.

He'll be suspended to start the season because the commish does not want the season to start focused on Vick

to be fair San Fransisco is San Fransisco. It's very liberal, alot of people that don't eat meat and love animals, you know. It's not exactly a place where you'd expect to see fans wanting ex-con who killed dogs to play QB

The raiders wouldn't use him for wildcat. Darren Mcfadden can throw, he played in a wildcat in college at Arkansas.

My guess is that he'll go to the Vikings. Even if Favre does sign with them, he gives them at least some insurance. I don't follow the Vikings at all, but as an outsider, it looks like they have no faith in Tarvaris Jackson.

Don't forget about the Miami Dolphins and that lethal Wildcat offense.flowersjf
I agree. I think he is perfect in Miami and that wild cat offense. Chad Pennington has no arm strength and he don't have the speed that Vick has. It is a perfect fit.
