The way the sideline phone system is designed is tyhat once you pick up the phone it automatically rings on the other end. The same way that in department stores the help phones contact someone at customer service without someone needing to enter a number.

did they? I listened to the raido announcers while watching Tv cause Troy Aikman is so biased against the Eagles it isnt even funny. And lol at first i was like "why did he get a penalty? I didnt see anything" then they zoomed in and saw him picking up the phone I lmao! haha I am curious as to what he said, someone will probably ask in an interview.

I really don't understand why he would do that. I know it was just in the heat of the moment, but is he a little kid? It could have cost them the game. What if they didn't make the conversion and punted, and the Giants scored? It would have been a completely different game. Wasn't it 20-11 at the time? The Giants would have barely been down if that happened. He needs to control himself better. I didn't know he was like that. He really didn't have a right to talk about T.O. when they were teammates.
That being said, he did a good job today. Also, he didn't call anone. It was just a T.O./Ocho Cinco kind of celebration.
I thought it was a little out of line when you're trying to secure the victory too............but w/e if he gets his team back to the SB without TO who cares no?
Mcnab is the man for handling all the hate he was getting the other month the way he has. hes been unstoppable since he got benched and ALOT of Eagles fans where saying he sucks and hes the reason why eagles wont get to the playoffs. Mcnab was just having fun at the end of the game, pretending to talk to the defensive cordinator on the phone after they beat the defending superbowl champs (many people said Eagles DONT STAND A CHANCE).

Ha, the game was sealed, it is okay for people to have fun once in a while. He gets a lot of crap, and the way they won today I'd be ready to celebrate a little too. So don't compare Donovan to TO, that's a joke, and a disrespectful one at that.

Meh...he gets a free pass on this one considering he's had a hell of a bad time since that superbowl loss with T.O. and the media. He probably got too happy.. I guess the Giants were just too dissappointed with their own performance to react. :(
