Who in your votes is the worst Quarterback of this decade
I would say Rex Grossman, he's done so bad it's funny

Tim Couch.
There was 1 guy that got drafted by the Rams a couple of years ago, but they wanted to make him a WR instead of a QB because he was like 6'5 or 6'6. He sat out the whole year because he didn't want to be a WR. Then he got picked up by the Packers and then released. Can't remember what collage he went to.
Alex Smith/Jamarcus Russel/Mark Bulger

I don't see how Alex Smith would be on the list since the first time he was put in was with a HORRIBLE offensive line and no help in the passing game. He has come in this year and has played solid. Nothing amazing but nothing horrible either. I do agree with Russel though for sure. And Grossman is also on my list.
JaMarcus Russell. Grossman was the starting QB for a team that went to the Super Bowl (it wasn't because of him, but at least they still got there) -- no team with JaMarcus Russell at QB will ever get anywhere NEAR the Super Bowl. JML897That is a good point. I was gunna say Grossman because he is just god-awful, but he did manage to not completely screw over his team (until the Super Bowl).
JeMarcus Russell is far from the worst if you look at his numbers. I'm not saying he's been great, but part of his lack of success is playing on a bad team. Harrington was the same way, he had a couple of decent seasons. Boller played decent in Baltimore, I wouldn't say he's a great QB but not the worst of the decade. Leinart, I don't think it's fiar to judge him based on what he's done so far. He hasn't played great, but he also hasn't gotten a solid season as starter. Bulger, you guys are going to make me laugh. I will agree he's had a downturnt the past couple of seasons, but he's been a good QB in the past, to even suggest that a two-time pro bowler is one of the worst QB's of the decade is ludacris. Grossman wasn't great, but I certainly don't think he's the worst of the decade, although that honor, IMO, goes to another Bear, Cade McNown. Grossman had some knocks against him coming in, some people thought he'd be good, others not so good, and who knows how well he can do in the right system. The Texans have liked him so far and he's complained a lot about the system he worked in, which I would disregard if anyone else was running it besides Ron Turner. The thing with McNown is that everyone expected so much, everyone expected him to be great and he was such a bust as to not even be funny. You can talk about other rookies like Leinart, but he makes Leinart look like Joe Montana. This guy was the biggest bust ever, he beats out everyone else in my book. And if you want other QB's that are worse than guys like Russell you can go back to the Bears yet again. Henry Burris, nough said.

No. Tim Couch's worst year is better than Russell's best.Akilli Smith, Ryan Leaf, Tim Couch, and JaMarcus RussellCopenhagenMan
So we can have this discussion based on ACTUAL stats.

Leaf:

Russell:

McNown:

Russell is hardly the worst of that bunch, and from the stats I think it should be pretty unanimous that Smith is the worst of the decade, followed by McNown.
Kyle Boller, he's the worst QB that played the most games. And whoever said Bulger is out of their mind.
[QUOTE="monkeytoes61"]How has Ryan Leaf not been brought up yet? Biggest bust of all time. Also, Akili Smith.Los9090
Worst QB of this decade...you must bea Fuskies I mean Huskiesfan
College football is boring, I hate Apple Cup week because nobody here in Washington will shut the hell up about it.You're thinking of Eric Crouch. I believe he played for Nebraska. He was a very quick, athletic quarterback. If I remember correctly, he had trouble picking up the offensive schemes in the NFL and that was one of the factors that drove him out of the league after only a year or so.Tim Couch.

Yeah, Rex was bad. Really bad. But I don't see how a QB who took his team to the Super Bowl can be the worst of the decade.monkeytoes61He didnt take the Bears to the Super Bowl, his defense did.
