crazy things you have done in Final Fantasy?

Hey all

so in a FF game what extreme things you had to do to finish a game, i have to get every card in a card collection to finish a game.

I had to attack my own characters with each other to raise their stats(FF2).IpodHero176

i thought i was the only one that did that, apparently not

I didn't know everyone did that. I thought I was the only one.

I did the whole VIII and IX cards thing too. The craziest thing I have ever done was play for over18 hours straightto killthe super bosses at once in XII. Hell Wyrm, Yiazmat,Zodiark, Omega Mark XII(in that order) and then fish for a fewhoursjust to finish gettingthe badge I was missing to make a sillysounding, but completely worth your time, sword.tabian00

I never understood the card-thing, so I skipped it.

I didn't play 18 hours in a singlesession with Yiazmat, but killing him is crazy enough, i mean, +50000000 hp is too much.

After dodging lightning bolts for several hours in FFX, I felt pretty crazy. Does that count?sandybadlands

I also felt pretty crazy trying to complete that task.. Especially when I began to yell at the game for ruining my chain each time I missed after a long chain of dodges..

Yeah, that one is crazy, along with the minigame of thechocobo race when trying to obtain the sun sigil for the weapon of tidus.

I went crazy a few times in FFVIII drawing magic from enemies. I'd try to get 100 of a type of magic in one battle...ERoBB

Yea, that does take forever, doesn't it?

I hated the draw system in VIII, it was tiresome and boring. Not to mention - since when should magic be stock? That's just crazy....

Yea,I did too ^^....what's the most crazy thing I did in a FF? well as for cards,I don't like them...so I don't collect them...nah I guess there's nothing that comes to mind right now :P

I do that too, but it takes so long to do, I don't do it often then.

I sympathise with the people who did all the side quests in XII. I did them all too and I'm pretty sure I'm crazy for finishing them. I blame it on the OCD:xdanmccarthy2

Hey that's no fair i've beat him like in 20 turns or more with help of the infinite materia that you can summons the Knight's of round but barely beat How'd you beat him in 7 turns???

Counter-magic materia + knights, just kept healing myself and letting him attack me with the occasional Omnislash or GP rain, 7 maybe 8 turns later he died and i was amazed at how easy and effective that was
