Final Fantasy XIII dated?

We're hearing that the release date for Final Fantasy XIII is starting to come into view. Square Enix plans to bring the game out in Japan during the 2009 holiday season, with a U.S. release sometime in 2010. This could be as early as summer 2010 or as late as holiday 2010.

I thought SE was going to do a simultaneous release of FFXIII worldwide or something...guess that's not going to happen now! :(

2 mounths ago i read that the game is 81% finished so probably it will be in 2009 not in 2010 it must me a false infoTheKvazzy

 81%? How do they know they are exactly 81% finished? That's knid of a wierd number to throw out there.

2010. Okay somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy X come out in 2001?? The first year of the PS2. What does Square give us this time around? Infinite Undiscovery. Come on Square. FF 13s- you're worth the wait but where are the new IPs?

2010! Well maby its good that thay are taking thare time with it. I mean didn't thay spant 4 years making FF7... and look how good that came out.

I guess ill play the old classics till it comes out
