Overtraining, Anybody?

Look to me, the more challenging the game is the better it is, the thought of killing every boss with one hit doesnt seem right.

I was a tad dissappointed with Sepiroth if you used the above combo because it was possible to kill him in 6 turns, use only 250 mp and if you're lucky, not get hurt

Are you talking about Safer Sephiroth ( who I killed in one turn ) or the whole Sephiroth battle?

ive never overlevelled, i have never got my characters to level 99. i should though. im usually level 50 when i complete the game.

but level 30+ in x-2.

this is slightly off-topic but on FF8 i think my game glitched because it was taking like 1000exp for squall to level up from 95 > 96 etc. happend to anyone else?jonny777

It is supposed to be like that, and the game got just more difficult when you leveled anyway.

Safer Sephiroth is the second one right? Or is it Bizzaro Sephiroth? I get it confused, but what level were you since your Magic power has got to be huge to do that...

Yes, Safer Sephiroth is the second.
Well, I did use W-Summon so it is not very much to brag about ( if I had been trying to brag ).
Base Level for my characters were around 65 - 70

Ah. I didn't bother to get the W-Summon because I didn't really like the arena, so I just got Omnislash and left. My characters were around level 50 and so that also explains the turn difference...
