As for me, the first final fantasy that i played was the 4th... and i would say that this was the best i have ever played... with the music especially on the world map... ta ta ta ta taaaaaa taaaaaaaa
The first Final Fantasy I played was FFVII....I was like 1o years old I believe. I had a modded PS1 and I just burnt games like crazy even though I didnt know what they were about. So one day I burnt FFVII and I started to love this game. It really changed the way I thought about RPGs.
my first was Final Fantasy VI on the SNES i was quite young then.. and i wasnt into it then... i liked action games back then.. but as time went i liked games with storylines..:) FFVII was thefirst one i completed..
FFX...I was a late bloomer. I don't have many childhood memories. I watched someone play FFVII when I was a younger...but for some reason I thought N64 pwned PS so I never got one.
The first Final Fantasy I played was FFVII when I was 8 or 9 years old. After trying a little of it at the home of a friend of mine I bought it and played through both the first disc and the second disc. But FFVIII was soon released so I bought it too and and almost lost all thoughts of finishing FFVII until I had finished FFVIII which I fell in love with as good as instantly :P
FF IV, I must have been 10 or 11, I rented the game and I was mesmerized by it. But I had to return it, I while after I started seeing ads for FF VI for the snes, I bought it and ever since it has been my #1 RPG.
The first Final Fantasy...ahh...*nostalgic moment*.... Anyway, the first Final Fantasy I ever played was Final Fantasy VI (back then called III) on the SNES when I was about 10, I think. Ever since then I've played and beaten every Final Fantasy..except VIII, which still haunts me. In fact, I'm on my way to beating it as we speak.
the first FF that i played was FF9.....i was in the 5th grade and i didnt have a ps2. so my dad felt sorry for me and bought me FF9. that game was special to me..... i dont know WHY I SOLD IT. now i am pissed
My first Final Fantasy was FF VIII when i was about 8 or 9. my memory card reformatted at the end of the first disk so i was mad and didnt play it for a couple months.
i played 7 when i was about 11 my friends little brother had it, so we usteo watch him play n started our own game, then i got a ps1 and started my own game i got the gold chocobo and knights of the round, n beat it afew times by now i <333 FF7 with uber big hearts!!!! <33333Ulala
I think that they felt wonderful because at that time PS1 was one of the top technology ,I have experiencent on my own skin but at that time i was watching at the movies and at the graphics because i did not knew to speak or read the english language.
Well, this is gonna be embarassing, but my first was FFX, but i played VII afterword. Hey, are the remade FFs for the GBA good? if so, ill gobble em up this winter.
I wonder how FFVII was the first FF game for some people?

FFVII was my first FF. I was 21 at the time. Incredible game.
I watched my friend play the first final fantasy which came out on the SNES, but I was not impressed. I thought Dragon Warrior was better, FFVII changed my mind.
FF VII it is the best FF game ever and i am still playing it every weekend

My PC version is gay. When IÂ start the chocobo race at Gold Saucer to get out of prision it freaks out and the game shuts down saying there's a critical error.
FF VII it is the best FF game ever and i am still playing it every weekend

I bought from Best Buy a LONG LONG time ago. It may be my computer because on my older computer it worked and I beat it.
my first FF game was FF7 it owns all others, right when i first started playing i fell in love with it. and every now and then i play it for fun. i was nine or ten when i started playing it.
my first contact with the final fantasy series was with final fantasy viii....i didnt undertand too much english in the past..so i didnt like the game...later...i've played final fantasy ix...i loved so much...bought a pc and played all the past ones..becoming a real FAN
Final Fantasy VIII was the first RPG I ever played (apart from Pokemon Yellow :lol:.) (yeah I know, FFVIII is not the most RPG-Newcomer-friendly RPG out there.) But it's a brilliant game, it started my RPG obsession.
