When I played Dirge of Cerberus I thought Weiss was really cool. Though I hated the fact he was controlled by hojo. I also thought his gunplayed were really cool. Then there's Xemnas for Kingdom Hearts and he probably is my favorite character. He had like lightsabers coming out of his hands. So who's cooler and stronger???
considering that neither of them was developed as a character at ALL (weiss=controlled by hoho, xemnas=alt. form of ansem), I'd have to go with weiss, if only for the crazy hair. overall i was pretty disappointed by kh2's lack of development of the XIII. . . i thought they'd actually have. . .personalities.
Hmmm I would have to go for Weiss. I did not care for Xemnas too much. But then again, Weiss I thought was incredibly weak against Chaos and Vincent. But either way, he was still cooler.
