Squall. at the time i played the game i related to his character and the gunblade pwns clouds buster sword.
My favorite character would have to be either Squall or Tidus. But if I had to pick just one, I think I would have to say Tidus.
It's gotta be either Cloud, Squall, Reno, Sephiroth, and ...Lulu. but my top is a tie. Cloud and Squall.
