I am going to say this is a silly thing to come out and claim. So the next version will be more powerful than the one before that and so on. I love this debate about PCs and the consoles, It is apples and oranges for comparison and the only they you can say is they are technology. Rating a video card not released to the general public but will also be released some 5 years after a console as more powerful is like say a car made in 2010 is more fuel efficent than a car made in the 1950s. Yet this embarrassingly difference in tech power between the PC and consoles hasn't stopped console fanboys claim that their X,Y,Z games are better looking than X,Y,Z game on the PC, not to mention their claim that PS3's have "cell" which is SO POWERFUL (rolls eyes) when compared to the PCs. Now we find out that a single graphics card is light years ahead of any "cell", heck it's light years ahead of all the consoles combined.

I was specifically talking about the Graphics Award for 2008, not saying they got all the awards wrong. But just goes to show that they got that award horribly wrong. Clearly, Crysis\Crysis Warhead graphics is light years ahead MGS4.And you didn't answer my question about graphics of MGS4 to Crysis Warhead.

Yeah it would if you game @1080P with 16X FSAA/16X Anistrophic filtering ON which will push this hardware. Not to mention if you game at 2560x1600, which is a 198% increase, it will take adavantage of this GPU a lot. So, it's not meaningless. Well, can consoles do 1080P with 16X FSAA and 16X Anistrophic filtering unless if you consider 720P as a better resolution than 1080P.

For the record this teraflop graphics care can do 60+ FPS @1080P+ on MW2, FC2 as well as all these other multiplat games. Doing 1080P on games like these is a pipe dream on PS3/Xbox 360's JOKE hardware.

Crysis Warhead pwns Metal Gear Solid 4 on graphics. Metal Gear Solid 4's facial features, environment, textures, shadows are aJOKE compared to Crysis Warhead. So, yeah some gaming media got it wrong in 2008. Crysis Warhead is WAY better looking than MGS4 and is the best looking game in 2008. No one can argue about that. Nuff said.
