Master Chief because he destroyed the covenant army and destroyed a halo all by himself. He also took down a scarab by jumping on it and shooting everything to bits inside it.

Plus he punched a fricken prophet to DEATH. That's bad ass.

Of that list, Duke Nukem is definitely the quintissential badass. Nobody brings the attitude of the Duke. It's no contest.
