Duke Nukem was only good in one game , Duke Nukem 3D. So I'll go with the Chief cause he has that cool kind of John Wayne voice and Cortana is a funny sidekick as well as Sergeant Major Avery J. Johnson
If I had to vote for one, even though you forgot doom guy (angry), it would have to be either Serious Sam or Duke Nukem. They both like to kick *** and chew bubble game, and make funny jokes.
Geez, you guys need to get a copy of Serious Sam: The 2nd Encounter (not the crappy Serious Sam 2), then you'll see what he's all about!!!!!!

Those guys were classic with their screams! So many weird dudes, remember the guys with pumpkin heads (I think) and chainsaws?
I'm not sure if the games were stripped down for consoles, but in 2nd encounter it wasn't surprising when Sam battle at least 100 nasty enemies in one encounter.
