13GB DLC patch for DR3, WTF?

The xbone just keeps on getting worse and worse. I really don't want one especially when they enable the DRM later on.

At 13 gigs that DLC had damn well better fix every issue with the game. That 500GB HD looks smaller and smaller everyday.

That's a huge update. Regardless, I highly want an Xbox One and DR3. Loved the previous DR games. Either that or a PC version get released soon.

It's been reported that this 13gb download does not increase the disk usage for the game on the hard drive. This means it's not really dlc content but rather chamber to the existing game content. No extra space being used means that files were replaced in the game folder this saying it's forced dlc content that you have to download is infact an invalid statement.

You're still forced to download 13GBs of data for a patch that appears to do nothing for a user unless they buy the DLC. How is that not being forced to download DLC content?

The fact that it's not taking up much extra HDD space is irrelevant and not the problem people have given the console is new so you shouldn't have filled the HDD by now.

Hopefully you lems are ready for milkage. I bet MilkingSoft won't let you use all the space in your external hard drive like they did with the Xbox 360( it was limited to 32GB I believe), with how they roll last generation I say they keep the same policy.

Yeah, that's Capcom for you.... first there was the on disc DLC you had to pay to unlock, and now they make you download the DLC whether you want it or not. I don't want to buy it, but I guess it will be living on my hard drive for the next few years.

It's 2014... Why is a 13 gb patch with DLC such a big deal? I downloaded it in just over an hour.. I left my xbox on and got some crap done while I waited... If you're complaining about it you're a pre-madonna.. Welcome to the digital age idiots.

....the other thing is guys. YOUR NOT DOWNLOADING 13 GB. I checked my data usage. I used 7 GB of Data the day I downloaded the patch. Not counting PC use and wifi use.

What was the size shown on the download?

People have caps you know, a lot of countries have very limited caps like 50gb's per month. Downloading a 13gb patch to play a single games uses of 20% of the cap for the month. For someone calling people idiots, you're not very smart are you?
