I've bought 2 games this year, preordered one last year (but it comes out in a few days, so I guess it counts!).
Dead Space: Extraction: $30
No More Heroes 2: $50
Bad Company 2 (PC): $50
TOTAL: $130

[QUOTE="Hahadouken"][QUOTE="Shirokishi_"] Exactly. I look at my games collection like, if the 13-year-old me saw it, he would J in his P's. I may have to start neglecting my social life to finish some of these games. My relationship with all my friends and family might have to be put on the back burner while I pursue my relationships with Miranda and Madison. LOL, I kid, I kid. Seriously though, I have too much going on to give these games the attention they deserve. Yeah, that's the issue I face. When it comes down to spending a weekend playing the stack of games I just bought or hanging out with friends and/ or girlfriend. I am not playing the games.Still, at the end of the day you have a great collection most gamers would be proud to have ;)
Even if there is no way you can finish all the games.

You know it brethren. That's why I'm happy when I can get a friend to trade off with me and get through something. I played most of Dante's Inferno with my buddy before I even cracked open my copy, so that was nice.
Working on Gears 2 co-op, but I'm on my own for the rest of 'em since they are single-player. Don't even get me started on games whose online components (which are actually fantastic) I haven't sunk enough time into. The list is staggering.
I'm just waiting on Battlefield to give me some equilibrium, it's going to make up for all the online gaming I HAVEN'T done since I stopped playing Killzone 2 religiously.
Let's see so far... ME2 (got it for 18 cents, no joke :D), Splosion Man, Shadow Complex, RE5 (bought another copy), Lost in Nightmares DLC, 2 1600 point cards, preordered a couple games ($10 total)
Total is roughly $110 for all that. Getting ME2 for that cheap was awesome.
Right now? Im just over the 1000. Mostly cause I had to buy some oldies, and because I found a new copy of Vagrant Story, and couldnt resist it.
I suppose that by the end of Q1, I should be arround 1300-1500. Not much more. Its the problem with having all the consoles xD. At least I get enough from my job to live and game as I like :D
*Huge, impressive list of games complete with prices of each.*BioShockOwnz
Ok BSO's total is $1542 according to my one-take add-up. I could be a little off, but it's not going in the Guinness World Record book or anything.
FlamesOfGrey, if you care enough to list the prices of those games I'll do the leg-work on that one too. Don't you want the crown of "1st Quarter Game Glutton"? Doesn't it sound like an accolade you would want? :P

Grand Total is $833(almost 950 after taxes). Given that i didn't buy a new console, handheld or PC parts that's pretty impressive, or sad! That's not including what i'm going to be buying this next month, which could easily bring my total up to well over 1000. If we were to go back one week before Jan 1, but after xmas, i could have included a bunch of titles i bought like GoW collection, Chronicles of Riddick, and Borderlands to name a couple.
Games i'm thinking of getting in March include:
God of War 3 UE -100
Final Fantasy 13 -65
Rune Factory Frontier - 35
Red STeel 2 - 55
Fragile - 50
Pokemon - 40
Infinite Space - 35
SMT Strange Journey - 35
MegaMan 10 - 10
Total: 425
Of course, that list could easily change. I will no doubt pass on a few of them right awayas i'll not have the time to play them, and some of the other interesting march titles may release and turn out to be good enough to catch my eye. Either way, iwth the GOW 3 UE i'm bound to hit a grand spent. Oh, of course all of this is before sales tax which actually would rack up my total alot more.
Same here... I got a couple of Gamestop gift cards, but I guess that doesn't really count.$0.....haven't bought/rented any games so far
Modern_Unit
White Knights CHronicles= 34 bucks
Heavy rain= 55
POkemon=40
god of war 3=90
lunar=40

Only two Wii games this year.
And with the lineup... I will be buying another Wii game every month until July... As of now.
And then Ive preordered
And theres also the three months of lovefilm which i use only for games (£45)
So thats £220 if my math is any good. Im actually pretty please i havent payed full price for a game yet (although FFXIII is close, im hoping some deal will pop up in the next two weeks which i can snap up)
So far only bought Heavy Rain $55... I bought too many games in December, and many of them Ive not even started yet. I'm a leisure gamer, currently playing Fallout 3, averaging 2 hours a week, so it's taking me a long long long time. But last two days with Heavy Rain, I'm quickly picking up the pace...
Have not purchased anything yet. All the games I am buying are being released in March which are Battlefield bad company 2, dawn of war 2 chaos rising, and god of war 3.

That's just sad. I could've put that toward something better. Lol.
This quarter, I've already bought...
Darksiders - £40, Bayonetta - £40, Demon's Souls - £52, Mass Effect 2 - £40, Mass Effect & Deus Ex Complete (PC) - £15 (two for £15 offer at GAME), SFIV Ryu Fightpad - £35, God Hand - £10, Famicom Mini Bomberman, Star Soldier & Xevious - £29, Guardian Heroes - £60, Silhouette Mirage - £13, Metal Slug - £35, Shinobi X - £30, Shining the Holy Ark - £30, Conkers Bad Fur Day - £50.
All that comes to £479. Google converts that to US$728.
Only other game I'm going to buy this quarter is the GOW3 Ultimate Trilogy Edition. That costs £110. GOW3 UTE will put my total up to £589 ($895). Damn! I wasn't expecting it to be this high! I really need to stop buying these expensive games. Lol.
Note that this is from a pool of resources that my brother and I share (Treal).
I made a mistake and voted for option 1: $0-100 lol. I've spent $300 so far this year...

Immediate future:
Total: $415 or $505

I came out to a total of $1345. So far BioShockOwnz is in the lead with $1542, unless someone else has some hard numbers that I need to total up.
Someone else, whose name escapes me, said between $1300-1500, but I need a ballpark number to go off of.
not a lot, £17 on stalker call of pripyat special edition & £25 Metro 2033 special edition [even tho its not out yet] and that it
