If we are talking about the real world, I'm guessing they don't likely care about scores at all, especially not about AAA scores because most of the real world doesn't know what that term even means. Therefore, if you are speaking for the real world, we should discredit scores altogether and go by opinion, which in many people's opinions there are reasons enough to buy the 360. Lost Odyssey, Halo 3, Fable 2, Mass Effect, Bioshock.

But if we are comparing AAAs, then we must use GS's scores because they are the scores that matter on this Gamespot System Wars Forum. If you want to compare GR scores, you must go to GR or some other site's forums that allow you to reference outside reviews.

The reason the PC version scored lower was because it came out nearly two years later, yet still cost $50 as if it was a new game, required you to buy Windows Vista to play it even though it doesn't even use DX10 or anything, you have to pay for Games for Windows Live to play it online even though the features of that service can be found for free on other services, and their were just much better games to play, on PC and on consoles, by the time it had come out.

I'll grab a moderator and ask one of them, if I'm wrong then I'll admit ownage or apologize or whatever it is I should do.

But you are talking about the real world. Fact is, hardcores are a very small percentage of the gaming community in the real world. Casuals make up a much larger percentage, and dismissing them from this "real world" you keep talking about is ignorant.

Sure, hardcore gamers care about AAAs and such, some anyways. Others, like me, don't care and only use reviews as a guideline. My favorite game, KH2, is not AAA. FFIX scored an 8.5 here and it quite possibly could be the most fun I've had with a FF game.

But for those hardcore gamers that do care, they'll go to a website and dispute it. You know where the ones disputing the scores shown on GR are? They are over at GR.
