They're not the same quality. AAA games are of higher quality (hence the "superb" instead of "great"); regardless, both AA and AAA are regarded as high quality here. They always have been, and always will. If someone tells you to list the high quality exclusives for the PS3: I would be dumbfounded if you didn't include A Crack in Time, Valkyria Chronicles, or Uncharted.

This is funny. First of all I agree with some (ALAN WAKE WOOOOOOH!!!)

Although, first of all the "real" exclusives are all Q3/Q4 100% (Crackdown2, Reach, Fable 3)

ME2 and Conviction will be awesome but who's to say they won't "eventually" go to the PS3 as well? Ninja Gaiden did, the next DOA will probably as well. Ninja Gaiden was published by Microsoft. While Vesperia and Last Hope are going PS3 as well so it's only a matter of time.

Another thing, besides maybe Last Guardian, we know NOTHING about the PS3's Q3/Q4 line-up so it will probably be a surprise or be like the Wii's 08.:| PS3 has some awesome titles Q1 and Q2 (God of War 3 and GT5).

In the end it IS about preferences but also you cannot judge by the way it is currently. I'd say the years looks amazing for the 360 but the PS3 could surprise us either way.

Is anyone really looking forward to Fable 3 anymore? After Fable 2 I'm never buying a game from Lionhead, and thank god I decided not to buy Fable 2. What a pile of ass that was.

GT5, GOW3, are in my list of proven PS3 titles so I don't understand your argument about them, and while team ICO's last games were good each new game they have made only slightly resembles the other gameplay wise, Last Guardian probably being no exception, but we havn't really seen any gameplay of that game.

But I see you were quick to point out Fable is a AA series but include Gran Turismo, and mention Last Guardian with team ICO's last games all being AA

Your opinion is fine, that's why I didn't quote your original message about how you dislike Fable, I don't know why you need to continue to say you dislike fable in the same thread, but trying to say that Fable doesn't belong in a list of proven titles because of your opinion isn't going to change the fact that Fable is a proven title at gamespot with two released AA games in the series.

Halo Reach and Mass Effect 2 are the only games I consider big guns, Splinter Cell to lesser extent, other than that, there is not much to bring to the table and I think its too early to tell, we don't know anything about the unannounced games on both consoles ( gears 3 would seal the deal for 360 ), fall next year looks empty on the Sony camp and I don't think Sony will go through the holiday season without any exclusive game, expect at least a couple of exclusives to hit the holidays.

Second PS3 will have a headstart for motion controller and 360 will be the last to introduce the motion controller between the 3 consoles, NATAL is freaking sick but I don't want to get my hopes up, always remember Sony and their infamous 2005 E3, lesson learned.

Third, the Wii's line up looks Ace, new freaking Zelda, new freaking main Mario game and new freaking Metroid game, Wii gonna own next year, if anything its Wii's year.

I disagree. That list is looking pretty lackluster ( although Alan Wake looks pretty decent ) while the PS3 on the other hand has a bunch of games coming out next year and most are " true" exclusives.

Natal will be garbage, it is an interface tha M$ was working on and they are just putting it on the 360 for games to jump on the Wii's success. Overall their are some great titles but the PC and PS3 have solid lineups as well. Also the Wii may surprise us with SMG2, Metroid OM, and possible Zelda, so the year is up for grabs no one has it locked up.wooooode
