Exactly. I think MGS4 gave a massive boost in sales, but when you compare it to other games with real massive sales, MGS4 isn't really that massive in sales and boost.

Im on a hurry my friends are waiting outside but I'll point out somethings, VGchartz estimates of MGS4 sales are 1.3M on day one and Famitsu charts which is a more reliable source for Japan only lists MGS4 in first position for elling 460K copies in the first 3 days and for hardware putting PS3 in first place for selling 77K in it's first 3 days, thats how much a big effect MGS4 had caused in the past days.
