It is generally agreed upon that the PC has better controls for FPS and RTS than the console, and most contemporary PC games support the 360 controller.

Its my soulution to the PC I dont have the money or the time to spend on PC's so I just bought a 360.

Besides they share alot of games so I get the best of both worlds.

This made me laugh.

1- 360 is alot cheaper and it gets the games i want from the PC for the most part with the exception of the Crysis and Deus Ex 3

2- Halo 3, Forza 2, PGR 3, PGR 4, GRAW 1, PDZ, Kameo, VIva Pinata, Dead Rising, Saints ROw, Lost Odyssey and a few others were exclusive. WIth Fable 2, Gears 2, Ninja Gaiden 2, Banjo 3, Halo Wars, Too Human, Infinite Undiscoverey, Tales of Vesparia, and future titles by Rare and Mistwalker being exclusive to 360. Plus the next Bungie Shooter.

3- Gears of War, Bioshock, SPlinter Cell Conviction, Project Offset, Project Origin, Mass Effect, etc are all on 360/PC and games i personally am more excited for. Why spend the extra cash on a PC if im only in it for the big premiere shooters like Half life 3, Deus Ex, Crysis, and a few others. Dont get me wrong Starcraft 2, Spore and Dragonage also look amazing as well, and im ticked Dragonage is PC exclusive.....

Yeah! I laughed too when I saw PC Gears. Game suffered a lot from porting and gameplay doesn't feel as good as on X360. While on X360 enemies never do any mistake, on PC they often just stack somewhere like in Quake 1.

Looks like Epic didn't put too much efforts in porting.

I always considered the xbox 360 to be a poor man's PC because of the games they share. It has no exclusives that I like and the only games that I am interested in on that system (Mass Effect and GTA4) will eventually be on the PC too.the_ChEeSe_mAn2

And after all, xbox 360 are for gamers who wants to play great games first (not to mention partying up with friends online is much more fun than on pc).

The difference is that in 2005, you could buy a 360 for €300,- and play the newest games with a solid framerate until 2011/2012. If you bought a €1000,- PC back then, it wouldn't even last 5 years without being upgraded.

Aside from all the obvious bias in your post, I'd would be more prudent to buy a PS3 if you really wanted a PC alternative since the media capabilities and open ended nature of the PS3 relative to its competitors makes it the most likely candidate. However, PCs still do more than any of the current consoles could possibly accomplish so the idea of replacing a PC with a console is flawed.
