360 Fans! You have to Admit Sony is overall More talented at making GAMES!!

Owning both consoles ever since the PS2/Xbox days and now I own both the PS3 and 360 ive came to the conclusion that Sony's games are just overall made better. For example.. While Gears and halo are great games the overall story feels like a low budget action movie. While Games such as God of war 2 feel like a truely epic high budget movie along with Ratchet and clank which feels like your right in a animated movie and so far Uncharted, Heavenly Sword and Lair look More like high budget movies. I guess since sony has a big part in the movie industry they bring some of that talent into gaming as well. 

Again I think both Gears and halo are great games but when I play them I feel like im playing a video game but when I play games such as God of war 2, ico/shadow of the collosus and Ratchet and clank, they have more of a cinematic edgy feel to them. Anyone else notice this? You have to admit that while Halo and Gears are amazing titles they are just your typical cliche action/shooter games. How come the 360 just has racers and shooters for the most part?! WOW talk about apples and oranges. Umm me personally i dont much care for racers so i could care less for either Forza or motorstorm. Sony's talent at making Motorstorm is baffling.

I'll take Halo over all of Sony's franchises combined any day.

They have a lot of great franchises on PC also. Ages of Empires, Rise of Nations, Freelancer, Flight Combat Simulator, Dungeon Siege and Asheron's Call to name a few. So far this gen they have Kameo, Viva Pinata, PDZ and Forza 2, all AA or AAA games here. What does Sony have besides GT and God of War?

Sony was definantly strong last gen and Microsoft only made 2 legit games in Halo(great oh by the way) and Fable(it was good). This gen however the gap between the 3 has gotten alot closer.

Also 3rd party games own the 1st party/2nd party games of all the big 3.

My mom never told me "just wait till your dad gets home." :?  Anyways, good games are coming and when they do, well...the rest will be history. 

I personally believe that Microsoft is definitely supporting a western market, and it has worked. Regardless of how important Japan might be considered, it's nothing compared to Europe and North America in terms of generating revenue. Sony's third-party support has continously supplied them various styles of gameplay. But I also believe that Microsoft is desperately trying to change its attitude on the situation.

Look at roleplaying games for instance which have pretty much remained the same over the past few years. But today you are seeing more dynamic gameplay in this genre from companies like Bioware. You really can't compare a RPG like Knights of the Old Republic to the legacy Final Fantasy has regardless of how good a game KOTOR is. But! Microsoft is changing how it does games. At the sametime, developers are too. Speaking of Square Enix. they are working on a new RPG franchise in hopes of creating a new masterpiece along with Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy. The development of the game is being geared towards various players, but more importantly western gamers. It's called Last Remnants which will be available for the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3.

More oppurtunities are being presented in the industry these days. Even though Microsoft's videogame line up is dominated with games like Halo, Tom Clancy titles, and racers galore the future is still bright for the companies system. Especially for the holiday season of 07. With games like Devil May Cry 4 going multi-platform and even the next Grand Theft Auto game being a highlight for the 360, isn't that a sign that more is on the way?

I still believe[like Hideo Kojima] that Metal Gear Solid 4 and Final Fantasy XIII are the two exclusives that have made or break decisions in the general gamer population in regards to getting a PS3. Quality does come with time, and I believe the two titles will be remarkable because of patience. But to hear that almost 1 out of 3 Xbox 360 will own Halo 3; that is insane. How do games like Halo effect consoles for the holiday season? I just think that MGS4 and FFXIII have delayed the "come-back" somewhat for the PS3. This is regardless of whatever highly anticipated PS3 title is coming out this year, because the Xbox 360 has titles(much like Forza 2) which carry the same hype here in North America, and in Europe. MGS4 and FFXIII need to release..honestly that has prolonged my decision to get myself a PS3. But I don't have a 360 either; I am a PC gamer at heart.

they have potential AAA games coming out this year so we should wait and see.
