You are clearly a 360 fanboy.
The reason I came up with an argument here is that you completely forgot about the PS3. All multiplatform games appearing on the Xbox 360 are also on the PS3 as well, and the fact that PS3 is getting much more attention from 1st party devs. So stop being delusional and accept facts, and more importantly, stop hiding behind XBL Arcades and multiplatforms.

Except many of these multiplatform games sells better on the 360, because more people owns one. You make it sound like devs/publishers shouldn't care about the 360 at all, because "hurr no games". I'd like to see some evidence of this.
Honestly, both consoles are equal in the size of 'players' in the gaming industry. I don't think it's true that the 360 is 'bigger' like what you mentioned. PS3 is pretty huge as well because of the brand name which is more popular across the globe.
It varies from game to game, some games sell better on Xbox and some sell better on PS3. COD sells better on 360 while Assassin's Creed sells better on PS3. Not entirely sure why, just how it is.
Both consoles are basically neck and neck in sales anyway, so it's stupid to argue that one console has a lot more people than another. Only place where 360 has a bigger lead in is the US, but world wide it's not. Some parts it's the other way around, PS3 dominates in Europe and Asia.
But who cares really? Games are the only thing that matters and I think we all know which system has the better games.
