360 or PS3....

I have a Wii. But I want another console so I can get more of the good games coming out like RE5, GTA4, etc. I don't care about the movies that it plays or the multiplayer or internet etc...I just wanna play the games.

So what would be better for me,X360 or Ps3?

Depends on what games you want. Look at ps3 exclusives and 360 exclusives and then decide.

I also only hava a Wii, but this is how I have come to understand how it works.

IMO

The 360 gets almost all the games before the PS3, and when it's multiplatform the 360 gets the best version. THe 360 also seem to get more and better exclusives (as of RIGHT NOW)

While the PS3 seems to just be a cheap blu-ray player.
