360 / ps3 exclusives Vs Multi-plats !! (poll)

Which overall do you prefer?! Which do you own more of ?! I'd say this gen is still all about the Multi-Plats rather than the Exclusives, ok you got Gears, GoW, Forza, Demon Souls... but then you have Tekken, Resident Evil, Prince of Persia, Call of Duty (I hate this game), Final Fantasy.... The list is endless. Knowing SW's though the Fanboys will all claim (Exclusives are best) because you dont likeadmitting that majority of qualitygames you are sharing with another breed of Fanboys.

Looking at my top 10 favorite games (found on my blog) Exclusives.

I've had much more fun with multiplats. However, I don't care either way, i'll play a game that's exclusive/multiplat for the game, not the fact that it's exclusive/multiplat.

MGS4 is exclusive so I'll go with exclusives.

Exclusives, since that is why I bought both of these consoles. I play multiplats on PC.

I prefer whatever games are funner....

2 of the coolest games this year are multiplat. & 2 are exclusive.

ME2, RDR, A.W. & Reach... Hmmm - I'm gonna need to go with ummm... Both. :P

Fallout 3's multiplat. Fallout new vegas is multiplat. Oblivion is multiplat. Mass effect is multiplat. GTA is multiplat. All of my absolute favorite games of all time are multiplats. Simply put, i'd prefer multiplats every day

GOW on the mobile is completely different to the console version. Are you seriously saying a 2D side-scrolling GOW game is the same asthe one the PS2 ?

Multiplats. Good exclusives are too few and far between. If i only purchased Exclusives, id barely touch my console. Just like my PS3

The one on PSP has almost identicle gameplay to GOW 1 - 3.

Halo 3 is exclusive so.....

Uncharted 2 is exclusive so exclusives, I enjoy them more than multiplats.

If I sit down and think about it, most of the games I had the most fun with (by a small margin) were exclusive. Skittles_McGee

Just correcting you is all. Just because GOW franchise has same gameplay does not mean each title is the same game thus implying they are multiplatform like you did. Which of course is not true, each GOW title counts as one exclusive to their respective system.

Which i agreed with, hence why i said they GOW3 is still exclusive ... I do own a PSP and GOW. I'm fully aware of what it is.

x360 owners will go with multiplatforms and PS3 owners will go with exclusives. PS3 exclusives > multiplatforms> x360 exclusives .

The best games this gen so far are multiplats, imo. Although I do enjoy me some Nintendo exclusives from time to time.

Multiplats because they are usually better than exclusives.

like why is this even an issue?

most multiplatform games are shared between PS3 and xbox360 anyway. The desperation of some people trying to make it about if you like one more than the other is completly subjective and pointless.

if a game is exclusive you can only play it on onlyone platform like it or not, if a game is multiplatform you can play it on 2 or more platforms with neglible diffrences.

This argument was probably non-existant when people in the past said PS3 has no games. Exclusive is a game, multiplatform is a game. Trying to make an argument about liking one more than the other and disregarding the quality of what ever that game may be = desperate times.

I don't care if a game is exclusive or multiplat, (a great game is a great game) but the best games of every generation have been exclusive, including this one.

so I'll go with exclusives.

Uncharted 2, Valkyira Chronicles, inFamous, Heavy Rain, LBP, etc. I'll go with exclusives. IppoTenma
