Groan. Weeeeeeek sauce.
Too many FPS is a problem? Yeah, no. Buzzing noise? The control is super cozy.
Meanwhile my PS3 is a nice big shiney paper weight with a 2 Sixaxis controllers I need to replace with DS3's if I want to get the full experience of the game "Just wait".

No great games(yet)
Still a bit too pricey
Blue-Ray is still not the defacto video format(DVD is still the king)
DS3 to cost 55$ thats 5$ more than a 13 month subscription XBL
Better online.
While the PS3 is gaining momentum and it indeed has some good games coming for it, it still has along way to go to catch up with the 360.
360 has many problems
1.Of course RROD...not a problem 3 yr warranty
2.That darn buzzing noise...what buzzing noise...get a surround system
3.Uncomfortable Controller...the best controller
4.Too many First-Person shooters...Thats the PS3 claim to fame now, 360 has all genres except MMO.

And, if you are going to bring up PS1 and PS2 games, then it's only fair we bring up XBox 1 games as well.

I have to disagree with you saying that a person needs to replace sixaxis with the DS3. I'm doing fine without it. Some PS3 owners may disagree but I honestly don't care about the rumble. Its like saying people have to buy GTA4's DLC on the 360 version.
Some PS3s stop reading disc and hard drive stop working. Numbers 3, 4 are just plain dumb.aznfool07Yeah If you touch the backs Well the shooters are all the same show a little creativty at least number 4 mistake PS3 has a better controller that more people are familiar with
i know many people will come in here saying PS3 has no games and thats a big problem, but you seem to forget:
Uncharted, R&C, Warhawk, Folklore, UT 3, Motorstorm, Heavenly sword, Resistence, and great multiplats like DMC 4, Oblivion, Burnout, and many others.
Also, the great upcoming games like MGS 4, Killzone 2, Resistence 2, Little Big Planet, Haze, Infamous, the Agency, White Knight story, FF XIII, FF XIII Versus, and some we may not even know about yet.
and all teh great upcoming multiplat games like Army of two, GTA 4, Condemend 2 bloodshot, Darksector, Dead space, and many many others.
PS3 has no games? not true at all.
Uncomfortable controller? lol. Buzzing noise? When has the noise that a console emits ever been a problem? Too many FPSs? Who says? They are all different in their own way. Tell me whne the PS3 actually gets an AAAE FPS.TMontana1004

1.Of course RROD Yes, MS does need to fix this, and soon.
2.That darn buzzing noise What buzzing noise? You mean the fans?
3.Uncomfortable Controller While this is personal preference, IMO, the 360's controller is one of the best ever. I like my sixaxis for somethings, but I feel it's too light and I miss the rumble.
4.Too many First-Person shooters This has been proven wrong so many times I'm not even going to bother.
5.Cant forget those $50 Live Fees You get what you pay for. For me, I'm more than willing to pay $50 a year for great online. Fanboys boast about PSN being free, but I for one wouldn't be willing to pay for it in its current state. Although I do appreciate the free wallpapers and themes.

While not necessarily wrong with the PS3, the online component is horrible. No in game friends list or communications? How about videos? Cross game invites? Come on Sony. I love the dedicated servers, but let's get the community going. HOME appears to be a good start. Next up, RIGHT NOW, the 360 has the better games, and guess what? That's what I buy a console for. How about the dual HDMI 1080p 4d graphics machine we heard about before the ps3 was released? It's not that the PS3 has things drasitically wrong with it, it just hasn't lived up to Sony's promises and hype.

BS spouted by lemmings, unless you mean there are no games you want to play on the ps3. I personally have 9 ps3 games, which is a lot more than 0.
If you want BS, look at the OP.
Since YOU said you do not feel the "no games" comment is untrue, then the OP is lying as well, since I did not experience any of the stuff he posted.
Pick your "fight" with the OP.

Is that the best you can do? MS has already taken action by fixing the CPU, the GPU is in progress, and they have given a 3-year warranty.
PS3 problems:
Network issues- If you dont set up your wireless connection on the PS3 and dont add your PS3's IP address to your router you may end up with network errors that will log you out of PSN with a error code.
Configuring controller ports- Can be a major pain in the ass especially switching back and forth from multiple controllers.
No in game XMB to access friends or invite friends to a game which is very fustrating when you got to exit your game to message someone then go back and reboot the game.

What is this? I have an SD and the screen is not blurry. I mean it isn't HD, but it is the same as any other console I've played on an SD TV. 9Of course the graphics on ps3 games are better, but the video output performs no differently.

While i agree with some of you post, all i gotta ask is why do people compare XBL (a service in which you pay for) to the PSN? Do remind yall that the PSN isn't the only free service that is offered through consoles (cough**wii**cough) and when compared to the latter, the PSN GREATLY outshines the competition (the free competition that is) and in that form of fashion, the ps3 online services should be greatly appreciated for a free service, especially considering the alternative[QUOTE="Insane00"][QUOTE="darkslider99"]Forced install times :|

how so, I really don't see it. I have no desire to add a bigger hard drive and I'm quite happy with my ps3. In fact, when comparing how much it would cost me to play these games on a PC, I'll take a ps3.
Just a note though, I don't think either console is necessarily better, and I think the TC is off cause the ps3 isn't perfect, I just prefer it. It's all a matter of preference.
