*sigh* The PC fanboys never seem to learn. Last I checked IBMs Deep Blue was way more powerful than the PS4 and that came out like 10 years ago. Gee...I guess everyone should go out and buy super computers then. Since that is what everyone secretly wants if only they were as smart as the PC fanboys.

its like a dumb PC noob get in a shop in 2008 with 1200 dollars and say, i want the best video card possible

the guy sells him a simple PC with a 550 dollar video card a 200 dollar cpu... with easy to assemble parts, no crossfire no complications and the noob gets a pc that beats the best next gen console 5 years later

But doesn't the "x2" signify there are two GPUs on the same card? Sure, it's not crossfire or SLI, but it's still two graphics cards.

Regardless this thread would of made more sense if the user had just said 4 year old PC (since the 5970 actually had Direct X 11 support and the amd X6 series wasn't that expensive)

A 4870x2 does not support dx11 which puts it a huge capability disadvantage to the console GPUs, and won't last very long on PC as well since we are already starting to get dx11 only games (Crysis 3). It also is a dual GPU single card set up which will have tons of issues and poor driver support, especially after 5 years
