80% of the people prefer PS4 over XB1 or Wii U?

I took a few minutes to see what PS4 vs. Xbox One polls I could find, and this is what I came up with.

24.28% X1,  75.72% PS4  Poll Still Active

1.93% Wii U,  6.92% Neither,  27.28% X1,  63.87% PS4  Poll Still Active

2% Wii U,  2% Neither,  4% Both,  6% PC,  12% X1,  74% PS4  Poll Still Active

X1 'Day One Purchase' 9%,  X1 'Before Year End Purchase' 1%,  X1 '2014 Purchase' 4%,  PS4 'Day One Purchase' 65%,  PS4 'Before Year End Purchase' 11%,  PS4 '2014 Purchase' 12%,  Poll Still Active

Then of course there was the infamous Amazon Poll, obviously this poll was skewed because it was right after E3 when almost everyone was pissed at MS.

5.3% X1,  94.7% PS4  Poll Closed

It looks like Sonys 80% poll might be a little high, for the most part it looks like most polls aren't too far off Sonys numbers, and they seem to be pretty consistent.

Now before some of you get your panties in a bunch, I know, and probably everyone else here knows that these polls mostly represent hardcore gamers.

It will be interesting to see what happens once they're finally out on the market.

People said the same thing about the 3DS. And now it's arguably the best system to own ATM, or it will be when it's great lineup is released later this year.

If it was an online poll I can see it going down that way. Don't know why but the internet is dominated by Sony fans. I know Xbox fans are out there cuz there's been over 75 million 360s sold. But they don't seem to post at places like this as often as Playstation owners for whatever reason.

I wouldnt be surpirsed... then again, I wouldnt be surprised if gamers already forgot about how MS tried to screw them over a couple months ago and now plan on buying their Kinect 2.0 Box.

Still couldn't be accurate because over 50 million PS2's didnt even sell until the PS3 even released and were sold at $100 a console. Do late bargain shoppers count who don't buy until the gen is over? And what about the massive failure rate that was spread across 7 models? That is the problem the PS2 sold so great that it actually outsold the xbox 360 the first 2 years of its life,so the xbox 360 wasn't able to beat the PS2 until 2007 and not by much.

That is the point where you can say that the generation of the xbox 360 took over,the mistake here is that people believe that as soon as a next gen console launch the pass gen is over and that is as stupid as it can be,the 54 million units the PS2 sold are proof to that.

Also the PS2 did not hit $100 dollars until April 1 2009,compare that to the PS ONE which which reached $99 dollars on 2000.

In fact the PS2 sold 100 million in 5 years in fact on november 2005 when the xbox launched the PS2 reached 100 millions,and the year latter was already over 110 million,the xbox was kill on 4 years so was the cube to early on the life cycle..

No, but I know enought about statistics to know that when a poll is useless.

PS4 day one, and XBONE later sometime, eventually (probably). Wii U No.

Amazon one the same sh** and that one was close before it got worst.

Face it the xbox one is not as hot as the 360 was with consumers apparently and since the PS4 is not $600 dollars now you will see what happen when sony is the one with the price advantage.

In UK Amazon the beating is so huge,the PS4 has 1 sku at number 3 and 3 more in lower positions the xbox one has only 1 and is sitting on the 82 spot is almost out of the top 100.
