I get bored of all my games if played constantly, but the games I always come back to are:

Starcraft

Warcraft III(Custom maps FTW)

CS

Fight Night Round 3

Gears of War

COD 4

Shadow of the Colossus

Street Fighter 2/3

Tetris, Pong, Super Mario Bros, many games acheive this. I think quite a lot of them are on the Atari 2600.

I've gotten bored of every game I have played. Granted, some games lasted longer for me, but I rarely ever play a game through twice (if they can hold my attention long enough to beat them once). Games I played the longest are:

GTA series
Morrowind
Mafia
Max Payne 2
Final Fantasy VII
World of Warcraft
EverQuest
Dark Age of Camelot

all the metal gears, final fantasies and resident evilshiryu3

I've been bored many times with some of those games, sometimes to the point of casting them aside until I remember them again.
