A nearly 10 year old game is still AI king

FEAR was always special to me. I like the original, 2, and 3

As far as "shooting" goes fear is arguably the best around even till this day. It's easily one of the best single player shooters made. Too bad decided to go for easy console money and put out shit afterwards. Ah well.

Oh yes, I definitely agree.

The AI in F.E.A.R is one of the best. The enemies are smart enough to get in cover and go in different routes if they get attacked to try to get behind my back. Just clever.

I still remember popping in FEAR on PC years ago at release. That game was incredible. Visuals, gameplay, AI, multiplayer, everything...just incredible.

I did not knew FEAR had the best A.I never had the chance to play the game.

Yeah I still have yet to play the series, but they were the same guys who developed a lot of FPS games including SHOGO Mobile Armor Division. I believe its cheap for PS3.. But I heard it was a terrible port.

I only had played Fear 3 and remember the AI being really good.

RAGE and Killzone 2 & 3 AI are pretty solid too.

F.e.a.r, such a great game, loved the AI, it is still the best AI in any game.

Actually yeah FEAR does have some great AI. I want to go back and replay it... despite the so so graphics, the gunplay is intense and exciting, especially with slow motion activated. Nothing much beats a point blank slow mo headshot with a shotgun in that game.

I think Uncharted is just as good. They take cover well, flush with nades and flank.

GTA 4 and 5 are up there too. It's got better ai than most linear shooters which really says a lot.
