I read one brief sentence that was a topic name in passing. I just find it really hard to believe that 'said video which I have not seen nor care to watch' has been up on youtube for 4 days. Copyrighted material is always ripped right off it from drunk David Hasselhoff vid'(at first) to Brittney Spears at the VMAs, yet somehow this leaked video manages to stay. Whatever the video is it could be the ending, but it seems a little fishy to me, after reading that sentence and seeing the commercial last Sunday, it kind of seems like this was planned out, knowing that people would leak the real one since someone always breaks street date, why not flood the internet with a fake ending. So it spreads before the actual real ending videos get leaked which just get lost in the sea of the fake ones.jdknight21

I've been suspicious of this as well. They did something similar with The Simpsons for the second part of "Who Shot Mr Burns?", where they writen and animated several endings so if one was leaked they could use the other. If Bungie says it was a fake video to arouse hype I'll be overjoyed (before punching some Bungie emplyees in the face), but I won't let some angry Sony fanboys ruin it for me. Besides, there's still a lot more to the story that the "video" didn't cover.

It is a huge deal. I am lucky to say *knocks on wood* that I don't know the ending. I broke out Halo and Halo 2 this past month to relive the story. The MP will be awesome, but I won't touch it until I FINSH THE FIGHT! :D

Yeah, it amazes me what brainless moluscs some people could be. I wouldn't be surprised if there are massive spoiler threads from lemming seaking vengeance in the future.

I think the thread should be stickied again. It seems that unstickying it may have caused a rabid uprising of lug worms trying to spoil Halo 3. Or at least have a massive banner on the main forum page reading-

I think any respectable gamer should leave SW for about a week as of now or tommorow, just to be safe. It'd be comparable to GT's forums during that time, but it beats having one of the years (maybe even the decade's, according to The Sun....yeah, I know, The Sun sucks) best games ruined by rabid fanboys and trolls.

Much appreciation needs to go out for the mods on this one; especially the ones (like cakeorrdeath) that are anticipating the game as much as a lot of us are.

So far, I have made it without the ending thanks to the great work. But to be safe, I'm cutting off all my forum lurking until I beat the game (I don't know when it will be; I don't have a 360 :cry: but one of my friends said we could probably play co-op when he gets it.)
