I don't know if I'd be "glad" exactly, but it's the honorable thing to do, and good for you. You probably won't enjoy it any less because of one site's score. Or, not much less.

Ditto. The overall foundation of Motorstorm is great, but it just needed more to it. It's worth a rental, possibly a purchase if you're into it, but it's worthy of what it scored.

I just said 'glad' because for one, I hope Sony learns to put more features into the next MotorStorm, and im not pissed off about the score because the game is fun, but a lil thin on the content. There are only a few games I have qualms about the ratings and among them are Zelda TP, Crackdown, and MGS3

Not at all! Sony still pumps out AAA's (check GoW2 in a few days). It's just that the PS3 is off to a slow start. I definately don't agree with the business choices they've made lately but I'm sure they'll come back. The 100+ million PS2 gamers that are still enjoying new games can probably care less right now if Motorstorm flopped at GS.Â
Anyhow, the reason I wanted to post in this thread was to accept ownage for hyping Motorstorm AAA. I knew in the back of my mind it wouldn't get AAA but after playing the real demo in my house on a 42" plasma in all it's hd glory.... in my mind it's been one of the better and refreshing games to come out lately. But clearly it doesn't deserve AAA, although I still think it should have been AA.
I have been owned, but will still support Sony because A) blu-ray movies look spectacular on my plasma B) I gave up after several attempts with X360 freezing/overheating C) my kid nephew has a Wii and frankly it doesn't appeal to me and D) the single best action game is about to be released on PS2.

yes... i got pwned. if the game had more content, the score owuld have improved greatly. now, i thought i read somewhere that they were considering offline multiplayer for a download on psn if there was enough demand... or am i imagining things?
same here. But seriously this is getting ridicolous Sony needs to step their game up. I'm done defending the PS3 until it shows me its worth defending.
