What would truly be impressive to me with comic book games: if they start actually making them look like the comics right off the pages. Think like the Spider-Verse movies, but as a video game.
Spiderman Miles Morales is more graphically impressive than Starfield, which Spiderman 2 (other than a color grade difference) looks no better than, so that's not saying much.
I play a lot of great games all the time and they vary widely on graphic fidelity. Going to play both these games and simply hope they’re both great games. I’ll let the clowns sweat the small stuff. 😅
PS fans shouldn't be giving Sony props for delivering a repackaged PS4 game for $70 three years into the generation just because it looks marginally better than what MS is offering.
The fact that 2020 LAUNCH TITLE Demon's Souls Remake looks better than everything in that list goes to who how lazy Sony has become competing with themselves.
No one is a winner here. None the less, Starfield doesn't have ugly graphics and will probably be a better game overall than Spiderman 2 judging by announcement trailers

Oh man that would be amazing. I would love to see Sony take a crack at pulling off the Spider verse look in a video game.
As for Spderman 2 and Starfield....maybe? Both are a bit meh on the visuals front though imho. Not ugly or anything just....my first reaction to both was "That's it?".
I mean Spiderman 2 is Insomniacs second crack at the PS5 and it still looks like a high res PS4 game.
Starfield looks like Fallout 4 in space with a bit more colour and slightly better lighting. Bethesda are even claiming they are pushing fidelity and yet my reaction is "that's the best you can squeeze out of the XSX at 30FPS?".
Maybe the vids are just not doing the games justice and they will look better in person...i dunno.

That's to be expected. It's not like Starfield is gonna win for the best looker around and obviously Marvel's Spider-Man 2 looks glorious in comparison.

Eh, No Mans Skyrim looks decent when it comes to fidelity. Better than most Bethesda RPG's did in comparison to other titles around their respective releases. SM2 looks like a slightly upgraded SM1.
Not sure why anyone is worried about graphics these days. All these games look so much better than what I was playing as a kid on the Atari 2600 and Intellivision systems.
I think both games look graphically impressive in their own ways and I am happy I get to play both.
Spider-Man 2 surprisingly looks like a PS4 Pro game with better effects. It looks like lighting and shadows and presumably a higher frame rate.
It's the most disappointing PS5 game graphically compared to Horizon, GoW and most of the others.
I was fully expecting Spider-Man 2 to look amazing, it doesn't. Starfield must look like shit to look inferior to Spider-Man 2. When I saw Spider-Man 2, I assumed it looked like that because it was also coming out on the PS4.
The ridiculous part of this poll is that people thought a Bethesda game looked good at all. The point of their games has never been the graphics. Those are usually improved by modders later on.
