Now i think both look great in actual gameplay videos, especially in ace combat 6 with the city enviromets and they are huge citys to, they also have really nice character models.

Both games have some nice water effect and mountains are very nice in both, i beileve both games are good.but i only have a 360 so you know were my vote goes to.

this is one of my other accounts so im a low level and cant make a poll.

I'm not too sure it's a fair comparison. For starters, a plane is a terribly simple thing to model, even with the flaps and all. At least, it's terribly simple compared to your average organic creature, not to mention an average monster. Compounding this, I don't think you're supposed to land on those buildings to take a look around in Ace Combat 6. At those distances anyone can make a building look good.

Not saying AC6 sucks or Lair rocks or anything like that. I just think it's an apples and oranges comparison... and both look hawt.

Sadly, people are forgetting that ace combat uses bitmap images.

It is like stating gran turismo4 enviroments are better then forza 2's enviroments because they are bitmaps. The camera angle on the game just turns, but it is like staring at a canvas the whole time. In ace combat, the image barely moves, and that is the main problem with the game.

those r not gameplay graphics, why dont u go watch some gameplay videos and you will find out how horrible the game actually looks and plays.

first of all, making a comparion between these two games makes no sense. if u tried to get close to the ground in AC the entire object will turn out to be in 4 to 5 giant pixels.

You guys are delustional. AC has extremley flat textures in comparison not to mention Lair has much more going on screen at the same time. If you read previews editors seem to be more impressed with Lair.

Because it's not on PS3? Pathetic comment. Infact, it will be more alive then ever via online play. Damn right I'm getting the Limited Edition. AC6 will be awesome.

Lair has much more details, but also muh smaller scale and levels, so it;s not surprising.AdrianWerner

Its quite bizarre really. Lair is pretty impressive on a technical level, but the net result looks like horrible.
