I'd say for the most part ps3 does pretty good across the board, some bad some good sales. But once again that list of games for the ps3 from Activision is shotty at best with for me anyway only 2 games worth purchasing.

Aight, so SOMEONE ELSE, (thanks to the guy who did it) posted the link you wouldn't. Now, you have a minimal amount of credibilty but none the less you have some. Now, explain why a price cut would increase the gains for SOny and Activision.

You sony fanboys who are calling out Activision on this should be applauding them. And I guarantee OTHER COMPANIES who have decided to stay off the record, have also called out Sony on this issue. Activision just happens to be the most prominent publisher and can be vocal about when they take a dump and people will listen. Why sony fanboys were going to "Boycott" activision because they are pushing for the PS3 to have a price cut is beyond me... (then again, i guess it is understandable given that you already paid full price and don't want to justify Sony making a smart business decision)

Also someone mentioned Kunfu panda was bundled, but wasn't there a Guitar Hero special aswell for the 360, along with a bundle that had Marvel Utimate alliance, aswell as a bundle with either cod2 or cod3? Man thinking of it now activision has had alot of games either bundled or a special deal ran with the 360 to help push sales. Dang wasn't there even a Tony Hawk bundle or deal with the 360 aswell. Geez

Ok so the owner of Activison says he may have to drop support for the PS3 and all of the Cows say that would be a dumb move due to the 20 million install base, and that does seem to be a reasonable argument until you look at the sales. Activision published games have earned at max worldwide lifetime software sales for PS3 is approximately 675 million. The owner said he had to pay nearly 500 million in royalties for LAST YEAR alone, so as you can see he has good reason for what he has said imo.

How come everyone understands Activision, but no one has actually seen how greedy they are. Forget this for an istance, games like COD were created by Activision stealiing IW out from EA. GH bought and currenlty be milked to death. TONY HAWKS milkage, and now he's back with board to sell us, and the Lawsuits with BRUTAL LEGEND.

Activision sucks, and although they have to do what they have to do, they aren't concerned what we think of them, at all. Read up on BRUTAL LEGEND lawsuits.

In your own OP, ACTIVISION will lose 175 MILLION. No wonder their pissed, they wanted all 675 million!!!!...let's not forget the PS2 and PSP were apart of the 500 MILLION in royalties.

There is no attack, you make a claim, you post a working link. When come and make up numbers and use your own calculations as well as misrepresent the facts, why should I not expect a working link? How about you address the point of the thread instead of acting like I'm the bad guy for expecting proof when I come into a thread as focused as this one.

For those who say the royalties include PS2-how many games did activision make for PS2 last year? I didn't mention the PS2 or PSP because Activision's CEO didn't mention them. He was talking specifically about PS3 because undoubtedly PS3 development is costing them the most out of the PS family, and I doubt they are selling enough PS2 games at this point for that to factor in to last years royalties.

Maybe they should stop giving timed exclusive DLC to the other system if they want their games to sell better. -_-TheGrat1
