Dumb move. Before, Respawn was an independent partner of EA - West and Zampella were on their own to settle their legal issues with Activision. Now, as a defendant, EA has a reason to involve their lawyers.
This is so silly. They're fighting over the remnants of a studio that did the bare minimum to innovate and hardly changed it's formula for games over the entire decade.

LOL I hate Activision so much. How Blizzard could join with them is beyond me :P (not really, both big money makers). I hope EA beats them down in court haha.
I don't particularly like Activision or West and Zampella (because they've openly been **** about Treyarch's CoD games, and they made a medoicre franchise that required little to no creativity), but if that's true, Activision SHOULD take them to court.
I personally don't care who wins (I'm guessing EA will settle if they get caught up in this), but it'll be interesting to watch.

Kotick better use that money he got to get good lawyers. In other news, Rock Band founders are suing Viacom accusing them of undercutting their royalties. Geez, the Gaming industry is turning into the Music industry. Thank goodness for the indie developer scene.
