Would have been better to leave ea out of this and just win the case against the ex IW employees. If they win that means EA will control the MW franchise. Perhaps they are afraid of that and are trying to hit EA before they get owned?

I despise Activision as much as the next guy, and I despise EA much more than most seem to. Still, people seem to assume Activision is in the wrong. If the allegations are true, it could very well be that courts find in favor of Activision. After all, CoD is the only gun they have left, and another company trying to sabotage that IP would be devastating to Activision.

They should just go against each other with all they got , self destructing in the process. Might as well take 2k down with them.

I bet all the lawsuits that have been filed against Activision or from Activision in the last year will take years to settle.

EA is very butthurt at the success of CoD so it is not suprising they would try to ruin CoD. i hope activision wins this case

I seriously wouldn't be believing anything that is said by Activision or the people involved in the lawsuit if I were you until the lawsuit starts.

Based off of the article and other stuff we have heard about I dont think there is really a clear cut right and wrong here. People love to hate Activision which is fair enough but as far as this court case goes it does not appear to be a black and white thing.

..

In terms of those who want one company to destroy another I would really edge you to get get some higher level education or at least some basic common sense. Your so quick to forget the hate that EA garnished well before this generation came about and now that a new punching bag has reared its head your all happy to go running back to the same evil you called foul not so long ago. Have some foresight please. A company is a company, its not your friend, they are there to make money and will do so hand over fist. EA, Activision, Blizzard, Valve, anyone, they all work on this principle. The fall of one big company just allows for another one to rise, take its market share and become stronger in the process.

..

On a personal note I really like the CoD series and its a shame that the development side of things has taken such a rocky turn. I do hope this does not affect the development and growth of their next game. Especially know when the formula is in need of a little bit of shaking up.

lol The makers of mw envy the creators of waw lol. We all know who was the best team, and the one with most talent, black ops may have sell great, but all the friends I have know the game is not better than MW2,even reviews say it. This is a move to try to block EA from delivering someyhing better than cod, knowing that know the best team.is on EA side.

I love this, the two biggest evils in the gaming industry fighting. But between EA and Acti I prefer that EA wins.

EA has now responded back to the lawsuit to say that it was only a PR boost for Activision.
