After Lost Planet 5.5 for PS3 on IGN, is PS3 holding multiplatform games back ?

Im reffering to alot of the BS htat was said in the Gamepro comparisonukillwegrill

I believe you mis-read the article. No where does it say that CoD4 on 360 has no patches. It say a patch is required to play online in the PS3 version while the 360 version does not have a required patch before going online (probably due to the 360 patches being downloaded right up front during the opening of the game).

As for servers, I know that the PS3 version uses servers (Infinity Ward talked about them following the crash) but I cannot find anything concrete about the 360 version having servers or not, just speculation on both sides.

Yes, we should judge the PS3's capabilities on this one terrible, terrible, game. For that matter, obviously the 360 is a terrible system because of Ninjabread Man. I'd really like to think that ps3 (and gamers everywhere for that matter) owners punish lazy devs by not buying their garbage, but then I see the awesome titles like Okami getting crap.mbrockway

Ninjabread Man was Wii, PS2, and PC, not 360.

I can remember cows posting caps of LP PS3 when it was announced. "looks better on PS3" "cant wait, 360 looses another exclusive LOL". Lems were happy to say, "fine, expect it to look better, its not out on PS3 for another year, they will optimize it for PS3" Now the truth is out, PS3 LP is pants, all the cows are of course now saying LP is and always was crap.

no, the fact is LP on 360 sucked and this game is exactly the same(graphically andg gameplay) with no extra features.
