After watching this, how can you NOT be excited?

The good boys at Machinima uploaded a beautiful montage of Battlefield Bad Company 2 gameplay and cutscenes (in-engine). The gameplay has been sped up a tiny bit but still captures how intense the game truely is.

After watching I have two questions for you all.

1. How excited are you for it? Assuming of course you like FPSs (otherwise it is kind of pointless)
2. Do you think it will be better than MW2.

Personally after playing the beta I don't know how anybody could still think MW2 is better.

I'm pretty pumped for this game. I was playing around in the beta a few days ago. I think I likeitmore that MW2 because it feels like this huge immersive real battle all the time.

I cant wait for this game and I LOVED the first one but with mass effect 2 and bioshock(not to mention dantes inferno) coming out I will wait for a bit.

1. Defintiley really excited for it, I only got MW2 so i could play with some friends from school, but if it weren't for that i would've just waited for BC2

2. I personally think BC2 will be miles better than MW2, although i think they cater to different types of people, MW2 is more of a arcadey FPS, run and gun, (In my opinion morenewb friendly,) where BC2 i think is more realistic and feels more like a battlefield.

Great trailer though makes me want to go play the Beta right now:P

but anyways, I cant wait for the PC beta to come out early next year. This game looks WAY better than MW2.

If I were to compare the original Modern Warfare to the original Bad Company, I'd say MW>BC but as I haven't played BC2, I don't know if that's any indication of how I'd feel comparing the two sequels.

Also, does the game actually look that good, or was that filming off-screen?

Me want, me want, me want!! :D

Games with "Multiplay-online-only" make me much less excited, i guess it is no singleplay campaign in this. This will be like in Battlefield 2 there all wanted be Tom cruise in the Top Gun movie.

Spec Ops in Mw2 is much more fun for me for couple nights, then i move on to some other game.

'MW-who?' is all I have to really say.

On one of the Inside Gaming episodes (11/25/09 I think), Dead Pixel said that BF:BC2 was trying to be like Modern Warfare 2, except not as good.

Nothing in this world could represent the fail in that statement.

Same. I'm going to lay low when it comes to shooters for a while; have been in an RPG mood lately, so I'll probably give my play time to something along the lines of Dragon Age. The game does look pretty good though. This coming from someone who hasn't played the second MW2(and am not in a hurry to do so).

Battlefield 2 - amazing game, loved.

Battlefield 2 : Modern Combat (PS2) - terrible, utter crap.

Battlefield : Bad Company - AI has not been altered, only two things that are new shinier graphics, and damage of buildings (can't bring the building down though.). singleplayer was funny at times, but one level to another was just one giant mission creep (garbage).

Battlefield : Bad Company 2 - very hard to get excited about a game (one of the few) that i've sold away.

The beta has only made me more excited for the game. I definetly think it will be better then MW2. it's definetly more satisfying at this point because of the recoil and bullet drop on the weapons.
